北京到西安：穿越历史之旅 | Beijing to Xi'an: A Journey Through History

北京和西安是中国历史的两个端点——一个是最后一个王朝的首都，一个是第一个统一王朝的首都。坐高铁4.5小时就能从一端穿越到另一端，中间隔了3000年。

Beijing and Xi'an are two endpoints of Chinese history — one the capital of the last dynasty, the other the capital of the first unified dynasty. A 4.5-hour bullet train spans 3,000 years between them.

这趟旅程的意思不是打卡景点，是理解一个国家为什么变成了现在的样子。

This journey isn't about checking off attractions — it's about understanding why a country became what it is.

北京（3天）

故宫（门票60元，提前7天网上预约）别从南门进去直走到北门出来——那是团队游的走法，一个小时走完什么都记不住。建议从东华门进，先看珍宝馆（另加10元），然后走东六宫（妃子住的地方，人少），再转到中轴线。故宫至少要半天，快了就浪费了。

Forbidden City (¥60, book online 7 days ahead): Don't walk straight south-to-north — that's the tour group approach, done in an hour, remembering nothing. Enter from East Hua Gate, see the Treasure Gallery first (+¥10), walk the East Six Palaces (concubines' quarters, fewer people), then join the central axis. Half a day minimum; faster is a waste.

长城选慕田峪而不是八达岭——人少一半，风景更好。慕田峪从东二楼到西十五楼那段有一个"箭扣"野长城的远景，是摄影最佳点位。门票45元+摆渡车15元+缆车120元往返。从东直门坐916快到怀柔再转车，或直接包车（往返约400元）。

Great Wall: Choose Mutianyu over Badaling — half the crowds, better scenery. The stretch from East Tower 2 to West Tower 15 offers distant views of the wild Jiankou section — best photography spot. Ticket ¥45 + shuttle ¥15 + cable car ¥120 round-trip. Bus 916 Express from Dongzhimen to Huairou then transfer, or charter a car (~¥400 round-trip).

天坛（门票15元，联票34元）早上去——6点半开门，7点左右有老大爷在祈年殿广场打太极、踢毽子、唱京剧，这才是北京的日常。回音壁试一下真的能回音（如果人不多的话）。

Temple of Heaven (¥15, combo ¥34): Go early morning — opens 6:30 AM; around 7 AM, old men practice tai chi, kick shuttlecocks, and sing Peking opera on the Prayer Hall plaza. That's real daily Beijing. Try the Echo Wall — it actually echoes (if it's not crowded).

北京→洛阳（中间站，1天）

高铁北京西到洛阳龙门，3.5小时。洛阳是唐朝的东都，龙门石窟（门票90元）是重头戏——17米高的卢舍那大佛是武则天按自己面容修建的（官方否认但民间坚信）。看完石窟，晚上去洛阳老街吃水席（洛阳特色宴席，24道菜以汤为主，两人点半桌约200元）。洛阳住一晚，第二天高铁到西安1.5小时。

HSR Beijing West to Luoyang Longmen, 3.5 hours. Luoyang was the Tang Dynasty's eastern capital; Longmen Grottoes (¥90) are the highlight — the 17m Vairocana Buddha was supposedly carved to resemble Empress Wu Zetian (officially denied, universally believed). After the grottoes, dinner at Luoyang Old Street: water banquet (Luoyang's signature feast, 24 soup-based courses, half-table for two ~¥200). Stay overnight, next morning HSR to Xi'an 1.5 hours.

西安（3天）

兵马俑（门票120元）三个坑的看法不一样：一号坑看规模（6000多个兵马俑方阵），二号坑看修复过程（有考古工作人员现场工作），三号坑看指挥部（最小但最精致）。请一个讲解员（150元左右）非常值得，否则你看到的就是一堆陶俑，不知道为什么这个跪着、那个站着、手的姿势各不相同。从西安市区坐游5路公交到兵马俑约1.5小时。

Terracotta Warriors (¥120): Three pits, different focuses. Pit 1 for scale (6,000+ warrior formation), Pit 2 for the restoration process (archaeologists working on-site), Pit 3 for the command center (smallest but most refined). Hire a guide (~¥150) — absolutely worth it; otherwise you see clay figures without knowing why this one kneels, that one stands, why hand positions differ. Bus You-5 from downtown Xi'an to the warriors, ~1.5 hours.

古城墙（门票54元）全长13.7公里，租自行车（45元/2小时）骑一圈约1.5小时，是全中国保存最完整的城墙。建议傍晚上去，看夕阳从城墙上落下去，然后灯亮了，城内城外两个世界。

City Wall (¥54): 13.7km total; rent a bike (¥45/2h) to cycle the full loop in ~1.5 hours — China's best-preserved city wall. Go in late afternoon: watch sunset from the wall, then lights come on, two worlds inside and outside.

回民街不要只走北院门那条主街（太商业），拐进大皮院和洒金桥——那里是本地回族人吃饭的地方。必吃：老刘家泡馍（牛羊肉泡馍，自己掰馍，25元/碗）、红红酸菜炒米（15元）、东南亚甑糕（10元）。

Muslim Quarter: Don't just walk the main Beiyuanmen street (too commercial). Turn into Dapiyuan and Sajinqiao — where local Hui people actually eat. Must-try: Lao Liu's paomo (lamb bread soup, you tear the bread yourself, ¥25/bowl), Honghong sour cabbage fried rice (¥15), Southeast Asian style sticky rice cake (¥10).
