为什么张家界+凤凰是黄金组合 / Why This Combo Works

单独去张家界，3天就够了，但你会觉得缺点什么——全是自然景观，没有人文温度。加上凤凰古城刚好补上这一块：沱江边的吊脚楼、苗族银匠铺、清晨河边洗衣的老人。两个地方相距约4小时车程，串联起来不赶路。

Zhangjiajie alone takes about 3 days, but you'll feel something's missing — all nature, no human warmth. Fenghuang fills that gap perfectly: stilted houses along the Tuo River, Miao silversmiths, elderly locals washing clothes by the river at dawn. The two are about 4 hours apart by road — easy to combine without rushing.

行程安排 / Day-by-Day Itinerary

第1天：抵达张家界 / Day 1: Arrive in Zhangjiajie

张家界荷花机场很小，出来打车到市区15分钟。如果坐高铁，到张家界西站后转公交约30分钟。当天不急着进景区，去大庸古城逛逛，晚上吃一碗三下锅——这是张家界本地菜，腊肉、豆腐、萝卜一锅炖，味道比听起来好得多。

Zhangjiajie Hehua Airport is tiny — taxi to downtown takes 15 minutes. If arriving by high-speed rail at Zhangjiajie West, bus to the city is about 30 minutes. No need to rush into the park today. Walk around Dayong Ancient City, and try a bowl of "Three-Pot Stew" (三下锅) for dinner — cured pork, tofu, and radish braised together. It's much better than it sounds.

第2-3天：张家界国家森林公园 / Days 2–3: Zhangjiajie National Forest Park

门票4天有效（约225元），建议买通票。景区巨大，分三个入口，推荐从森林公园门站进。

Tickets are valid for 4 days (~¥225) — buy the all-inclusive pass. The park is enormous with three entrances; the Forest Park gate is the best starting point.

第2天：坐百龙天梯上山（66秒升326米，世界最高户外电梯），然后走袁家界——"阿凡达悬浮山"取景地就在这里，叫"乾坤柱"。下午去杨家界的天然长城，人比袁家界少很多。

Day 2: Take the Bailong Elevator up (326 meters in 66 seconds — the world's tallest outdoor elevator), then walk Yuanjiajie. The "Avatar Hallelujah Mountain" is here, officially called Qiankun Pillar. Afternoon: head to Yangjiajie's Natural Great Wall — far fewer people than Yuanjiajie.

第3天：早起去天子山看日出（需要住山上或5点出发），然后走十里画廊，坐小火车或步行都行，约2小时。下午从武陵源门站出，住武陵源镇。

Day 3: Wake early for sunrise at Tianzi Mountain (stay on the mountain or leave by 5am). Then walk the Ten-Mile Gallery — take the mini-train or walk, about 2 hours. Exit via the Wulingyuan gate in the afternoon, stay in Wulingyuan town.

第4天：天门山 / Day 4: Tianmen Mountain

天门山和森林公园是两个独立景区，门票约278元含索道。索道从市区直接上山，全长7.5公里，大约半小时，沿途能看到99道弯的盘山公路。

山顶有玻璃栈道（鞋套5元），恐高的人会腿软，但风景值得。天门洞是一个天然穿山溶洞，从山顶走999级台阶下去，膝盖不好的可以坐扶梯。

Tianmen Mountain is a separate park from the forest park — tickets ~¥278 including the cable car. The cable car runs 7.5km from downtown directly up the mountain, about 30 minutes, with views of the famous 99-bend road below. The glass skywalk at the top (shoe covers ¥5) will make your legs shake if you're afraid of heights — but the view is worth it. Tianmen Cave is a natural hole through the mountain; 999 steps lead down from the top. Bad knees? Take the escalator.

第5-6天：凤凰古城 / Days 5–6: Fenghuang Ancient Town

张家界到凤凰约4小时大巴（也有拼车，更快）。凤凰不大，核心区步行就够。

Bus from Zhangjiajie to Fenghuang takes about 4 hours (shared cars are faster). The old town is compact — walkable throughout.

第5天：下午到达后沿沱江走一圈。虹桥是最好的拍照点，但傍晚光线最好时人也最多。找一家江边的咖啡馆坐下来等天黑——夜景是凤凰的招牌，两岸灯光倒映在水里，确实好看。

Day 5: After arriving, walk along the Tuo River. Rainbow Bridge is the best photo spot, but it's most crowded at golden hour. Find a riverside café, sit down, and wait for dark — the night view is Fenghuang's signature, with lights from both banks reflecting on the water. It really is as good as the photos.

第6天：早上6点前出门，古城几乎没人，这时候的凤凰才是沈从文笔下的样子。去看看他的故居（门票含在古城通票里），很小但值得。中午前离开，坐大巴到铜仁凤凰机场或怀化南站回程。

Day 6: Get out before 6am — the town is nearly empty, and this is the Fenghuang that Shen Congwen wrote about. Visit his former residence (included in the town pass) — small but worth it. Leave before noon; bus to Tongren Fenghuang Airport or Huaihua South Station for your return trip.

实用信息 / Practical Notes

最佳季节：4-6月和9-11月。夏天热且多雨，冬天山上冷但人极少。

Best season: April–June and September–November. Summer is hot and rainy; winter is cold on the mountains but nearly empty.

张家界森林公园门票：约225元/4天。百龙天梯单程72元，天子山索道67元。提前在官方公众号预约。

Forest Park tickets: ~¥225 for 4 days. Bailong Elevator ¥72 one-way, Tianzi Mountain cable car ¥67. Book via the official WeChat account.

凤凰古城：古城本身免费进入，九景通票约148元（含沈从文故居等）。住江边客栈150-350元/晚，旺季翻倍。

Fenghuang: The old town itself is free to enter. Nine-attraction pass ~¥148 (includes Shen Congwen's residence). Riverside guesthouses ¥150–350/night, double in peak season.

交通提示：张家界西站是高铁站，张家界站是普通火车站，别搞混。凤凰没有火车站，最近的是铜仁南站或怀化南站。

Transport tip: Zhangjiajie West is the HSR station; Zhangjiajie Station is the regular rail station — don't mix them up. Fenghuang has no train station; nearest are Tongren South or Huaihua South.
