Shanghai's challenge isn't finding things to do — it's choosing. This 3-day route covers the Bund, French Concession, local cuisine, and Pudong skyline without backtracking.

Day 1：外滩 + 浦东天际线

上午：外滩万国建筑博览

从南京东路地铁站步行5分钟到外滩。沿江一公里有52栋风格各异的老建筑——哥特式、巴洛克、装饰艺术风格混在一起，全世界找不到第二条这样的街。

Walk from Nanjing East Road station to the Bund. One kilometer of waterfront lined with 52 heritage buildings in Gothic, Baroque, and Art Deco styles — there's nowhere else in the world quite like it.

下午：陆家嘴三件套

坐外滩观光隧道或地铁2号线过江。上海中心大厦观光层（118层，门票180元）是俯瞰整个上海最好的地方。东方明珠可以跳过——排队长，视野不如上海中心。

Cross to Pudong via metro Line 2. Shanghai Tower's observation deck (118th floor, ¥180) is the best aerial view in the city. Skip the Oriental Pearl Tower — longer queues, worse view.

晚上：外滩夜景

回到外滩看夜景。浦东楼群亮灯后，和白天完全是两个城市。

打卡点： 外滩情人墙（靠近十六铺码头段最安静）、和平饭店爵士酒吧（晚上有现场爵士乐）

Highlights: The Bund Lovers' Wall (quietest near Shiliupu Wharf), Peace Hotel Jazz Bar (live jazz nightly)

Day 2：法租界 + 本帮菜

上午：武康路-安福路片区

武康大楼（熨斗形状的老公寓）是上海最上镜的建筑之一。沿武康路往安福路走，两边是梧桐树、独立咖啡馆和买手店。这片区域适合慢逛，不要赶时间。

Wukang Building (the flatiron-shaped apartment block) is one of Shanghai's most photogenic landmarks. Walk from Wukang Road to Anfu Road — plane trees, indie cafés, and boutiques line both sides.

中午：本帮菜

上海菜讲究"浓油赤酱"。推荐：红烧肉、腌笃鲜（咸肉+春笋汤）、蟹粉小笼包。老字号"德兴馆"或"老正兴"是安全选择，人均80-120元。

Shanghai cuisine is known for "rich oil, red sauce." Must-tries: braised pork belly (hong shao rou), salt pork & bamboo shoot soup (yan du xian), crab roe xiaolongbao. Heritage restaurants Dexing Guan or Lao Zhengxing are reliable choices — ¥80–120 per person.

下午：田子坊或新天地

田子坊是弄堂改造的创意市集，巷子窄、店铺密，适合淘手工艺品。新天地更洋气，石库门建筑配西餐酒吧。二选一即可——风格完全不同。

Tianzifang is a converted laneway market (narrow alleys, dense shops, good for handicrafts). Xintiandi is more upscale — shikumen architecture with Western restaurants and bars. Pick one; they're very different experiences.

打卡点： 思南公馆（法式花园洋房群，免费参观）

Highlight: Sinan Mansions — a cluster of French-style garden villas, free to visit

Day 3：古镇 + 浦东

上午：朱家角古镇（或七宝古镇）

朱家角在郊区，地铁17号线直达，约1小时。放生桥是上海地区最大的石拱桥，课植园是私家园林。比城隍庙安静十倍，门票免费（部分小景点单独收费）。

七宝古镇在市区内，地铁9号线直达，时间紧的话选这个。

Zhujiajiao is a water town about 1 hour by metro Line 17. Fangsheng Bridge is the largest stone arch bridge in the Shanghai region. Free entry (small attractions charge separately). Ten times quieter than City God Temple. If short on time, Qibao Ancient Town is closer (metro Line 9).

下午：上海博物馆（人民广场新馆）

免费，但需要预约。青铜器和陶瓷馆是精华。2小时足够看完重点展品。

Free but requires reservation. The bronze and ceramics galleries are the highlights. Two hours is enough for the key collections.
