国庆出行避坑指南 | National Day Travel Tips: Avoiding the Crowds

国庆7天假，你有两个选择：加入7亿人的大迁徙，或者学会在人潮中找到缝隙。

Seven days off for National Day — two choices: join 700 million people migrating, or learn to find gaps in the crowd.

这篇不推荐目的地。这篇只讲一件事：怎么在国庆出行不被坑。

This article doesn't recommend destinations. It covers one thing only: how to not get burned traveling during National Day.

坑1：高速免费 = 高速停车场

National Day highways are toll-free. Sounds great? Here's what actually happens.

10月1日早上6点，高速入口开始堵。到8点，热门方向（北京往南、上海往西、广州往北）基本变成停车场。2024年国庆，G15沈海高速浙江段堵了12小时。导航显示4小时的路程实际开了14小时。

October 1st, 6 AM: highway entrances start jamming. By 8 AM, popular directions (Beijing southbound, Shanghai westbound, Guangzhou northbound) become parking lots. 2024 National Day, G15 Shenhai Expressway's Zhejiang section was gridlocked for 12 hours. A 4-hour navigation estimate became 14 hours actual.

破解：要么10月1日下午3点以后出发（早高峰过了），要么10月2日出发（大部分人第一天已经走了）。返程避开10月6日，选10月5日下午或7日上午。

Fix: Either depart after 3 PM on October 1st (morning rush passed), or leave October 2nd (most people already gone). Return: avoid October 6th; choose October 5th afternoon or 7th morning.

坑2：景区门票"售罄"

热门景区国庆全部限流。故宫每天限3万人，提前7天放票，基本开售5分钟内抢光。兵马俑、黄山、张家界同理。

Popular attractions all limit capacity during National Day. The Forbidden City caps at 30,000/day, tickets released 7 days ahead, sold out within 5 minutes. Same for Terracotta Warriors, Huangshan, Zhangjiajie.

破解：提前7天早上准时抢票。或者选不需要预约的地方——大部分古镇（凤凰、大理古城、镇远）不限流，自然风景区（草原、沙漠、海边）也不限流。

Fix: Be online exactly when tickets release 7 days ahead. Or choose places that don't require reservations — most ancient towns (Fenghuang, Dali Old Town, Zhenyuan) have no caps, and natural areas (grasslands, deserts, beaches) don't either.

坑3：酒店涨价3倍还订不到

国庆期间热门城市酒店价格普遍翻2-3倍。平时300元的酒店国庆要800-1000元，而且还不一定有房。

Hotel prices in popular cities typically double or triple during National Day. A ¥300 hotel becomes ¥800–1,000, and may still be unavailable.

破解：提前一个月订酒店。或者住在热门城市周边的县城——比如去杭州可以住在富阳或临安，高铁20分钟到市区，价格只有市区的三分之一。

Fix: Book one month ahead. Or stay in county towns near popular cities — visiting Hangzhou? Stay in Fuyang or Lin'an, 20 minutes by HSR to downtown, one-third the price.

坑4：餐厅排队2小时

网红餐厅国庆排队2-3小时是常态。有些餐厅国庆期间还会涨价或推出"节日套餐"（价格贵、分量少）。

2–3 hour queues at popular restaurants are normal during National Day. Some restaurants also raise prices or offer "holiday set meals" (expensive, small portions).

破解：避开饭点（11:30前吃午饭，17:00前吃晚饭）。用大众点评APP看实时排队人数。或者直接去菜市场/超市买熟食——很多城市的菜市场有现做的本地小吃，比餐厅便宜一半还不用排队。

Fix: Avoid peak hours (lunch before 11:30, dinner before 17:00). Use Dianping app to check real-time queue lengths. Or go to wet markets/supermarkets for prepared food — many city markets have freshly made local snacks, half the restaurant price with no queue.

坑5：你以为的"冷门"其实不冷门

小红书和抖音让"冷门目的地"这个概念消失了。去年被推荐为"冷门"的地方，今年国庆人满为患。2023年的淄博、2024年的天水，都是被社交媒体推爆的例子。

Xiaohongshu and Douyin have killed the concept of "hidden gems." Last year's "hidden" recommendations are this year's overcrowded nightmares. Zibo in 2023, Tianshui in 2024 — both blown up by social media.

破解：真正的冷门是那些没有被社交媒体推过的地方。看看地图上你从没听过名字的地级市——随便挑一个去，大概率会有惊喜。

Fix: Truly hidden places are those social media hasn't touched. Look at prefecture-level cities on the map whose names you've never heard — pick one randomly, and you'll likely be pleasantly surprised.

最后一条建议：如果你是外国游客，国庆其实是体验中国最热闹一面的好时机。堵车的时候和旁边车里的人聊天，排队的时候看中国人怎么社交，人山人海里感受14亿人的能量——这些体验本身就是旅行的一部分。

One last tip: if you're a foreign visitor, National Day is actually a great time to experience China's liveliest side. Chat with people in the next car during traffic jams, watch how Chinese people socialize in queues, feel the energy of 1.4 billion people in motion — these experiences are themselves part of the journey.
