第1天：北海银滩+老街 / Day 1: Silver Beach & Old Town

上午从北海国际客运港坐船到涠洲岛（船票150-180元，约1.5小时，需提前在"来游吧"公众号预约）。到岛后租电动车（50-80元/天）——岛上最方便的交通方式。

Morning: boat from Beihai International Passenger Port to Weizhou Island (ticket ¥150–180, ~1.5 hours; book ahead via "Laiyouba" WeChat account). Rent an e-bike on arrival (¥50–80/day) — the island's most convenient transport.

下午去鳄鱼山火山公园（门票98元含观光车，这是上岛费）——涠洲岛的核心景点。火山口遗迹、海蚀平台、熔岩隧道，地质年龄只有1-2万年，是中国最年轻的火山地貌。站在海蚀崖上看海浪拍打黑色火山岩，非常壮观。

第3天：涠洲岛深度 / Day 3: Weizhou Island In-Depth

上午去天主教堂——法国传教士1853年用珊瑚石和火山岩建造的哥特式教堂，是全国重点文物保护单位。教堂不大但非常有味道，珊瑚石墙壁在阳光下呈现温暖的米黄色，周围是香蕉林和菠萝蜜树。

Morning: Catholic Church — a Gothic church built by French missionaries in 1853 using coral stone and volcanic rock, a national key cultural relic. Small but atmospheric: coral-stone walls glow warm cream in sunlight, surrounded by banana groves and jackfruit trees.

下午去五彩滩（免费）——退潮时露出大片火山岩海蚀平台，岩石被海藻和矿物质染成红、黄、绿、黑各种颜色。最佳时间是下午3-5点，阳光斜射时色彩最丰富。然后去南湾街吃海鲜——涠洲岛的海鲜比北海更新鲜更便宜，石斑鱼、濑尿虾、扇贝，人均80-150元。

最佳季节：4-11月。冬天北海不冷但海水凉不适合游泳。7-8月最热但也是海水最暖的时候。台风季（6-9月）关注天气，船可能停航。

Best season: April–November. Beihai winters aren't cold but water is too cool for swimming. July–August hottest but warmest water. Typhoon season (June–September): watch weather, boats may cancel.
