行程安排 / Day-by-Day Itinerary

第1天：抵达长白山 / Day 1: Arrive at Changbai Mountain

飞到长白山机场或延吉机场（延吉到长白山约4小时车程）。建议住在二道白河镇——长白山北坡的大本营，镇上有温泉酒店和东北菜馆。晚上泡个温泉，为第二天登山做准备。

Fly to Changbai Mountain Airport or Yanji Airport (Yanji to Changbai ~4 hours by road). Stay in Erdaobaihe Town — base camp for Changbai's north slope, with hot spring hotels and northeastern restaurants. Evening: soak in hot springs to prep for tomorrow's climb.

第2天：长白山北坡 / Day 2: Changbai Mountain North Slope

北坡是长白山最经典的路线（门票169元+环保车85元）。坐环保车到中转站，再换越野车上到天池主峰（越野车80元）。天池海拔2189米，是中朝两国的界湖——湖水碧蓝，周围是白色的浮石和火山锥，天气好的时候倒影清晰得像PS过的。

North slope is Changbai's classic route (ticket ¥169 + eco-bus ¥85). Eco-bus to transfer station, then off-road vehicle to Heavenly Lake summit (¥80). At 2,189m elevation, the lake straddles the China-North Korea border — water is sapphire blue, surrounded by white pumice and volcanic cones. On clear days, reflections look photoshopped.

能不能看到天池完全看天气——全年能见率约30%，夏天稍高。看不到也别太失望，下山路上的长白瀑布（68米落差）和聚龙温泉群（泉眼温度82度，可以买温泉煮鸡蛋10元/个）同样精彩。

Whether you see the lake depends entirely on weather — annual visibility rate ~30%, slightly higher in summer. Don't be too disappointed if you miss it. On the way down, Changbai Waterfall (68m drop) and Julong Hot Spring cluster (spring temperature 82°C; buy hot spring-boiled eggs ¥10 each) are equally impressive.

第3天：长白山西坡或小天池 / Day 3: West Slope or Small Heavenly Lake

如果第二天没看到天池，可以去西坡碰运气（门票169元+环保车85元）——西坡看天池的角度不同，视野更开阔。如果已经看到了，上午去地下森林（北坡景区内）——火山喷发后形成的谷底森林，古树参天，非常安静。下午在二道白河镇休息，吃东北铁锅炖（鱼、排骨或大鹅，配玉米饼贴在锅边）。

If you missed the lake on Day 2, try the west slope (ticket ¥169 + eco-bus ¥85) — different angle, wider view. If you already saw it, morning: Underground Forest (within north slope area) — a valley-bottom forest formed after volcanic eruption, towering ancient trees, very quiet. Afternoon: rest in Erdaobaihe, eat northeastern iron-pot stew (fish, ribs, or goose, with corn cakes stuck to the pot rim).

第4天：长白山→延吉 / Day 4: Changbai Mountain to Yanji

上午出发去延吉（约4小时车程）。下午到延吉后去延边大学周边——街上的招牌全是中韩双语，餐厅菜单也是。先去吃延吉冷面——荞麦面条配牛肉汤底，加辣白菜、黄瓜丝、梨片和半个煮鸡蛋，夏天冰镇的，冬天也照吃不误。一碗15-25元，是延吉的灵魂食物。

Morning: depart for Yanji (~4 hours). Afternoon: explore around Yanbian University — street signs all bilingual Chinese-Korean, restaurant menus too. Start with Yanji cold noodles — buckwheat noodles in beef broth, topped with kimchi, cucumber shreds, pear slices, and half a boiled egg. Served iced in summer, eaten cold even in winter. ¥15–25 per bowl — Yanji's soul food.

晚上去延吉西市场或水上市场——当地人的菜市场，各种朝鲜族食材：辣白菜、米肠、打糕、各种酱料。市场里有现做的紫菜包饭和炒年糕，便宜又好吃。

Evening: Yanji West Market or Water Market — local produce markets with Korean ethnic ingredients: kimchi, blood sausage, rice cakes, various sauces. Markets have freshly made kimbap and stir-fried rice cakes — cheap and delicious.

第5天：延吉半日+返程 / Day 5: Yanji Half Day & Departure

上午去中国朝鲜族民俗园（免费）——了解朝鲜族的传统建筑（瓦房和草房）、服饰、乐器和节日。然后去帽儿山国家森林公园（免费）——延吉市区就能看到的小山，登顶约30分钟，俯瞰整个延吉市和布尔哈通河。下午从延吉返程。

Morning: Chinese Korean Folk Park (free) — learn about Korean ethnic traditional architecture (tile and thatched houses), clothing, instruments, and festivals. Then Maoer Mountain National Forest Park (free) — a small hill visible from downtown Yanji, ~30 min to summit, overlooking the entire city and Burhatong River. Afternoon: depart from Yanji.

实用信息 / Practical Notes

最佳季节：6-9月（夏秋最佳）。冬天长白山可以滑雪但天池几乎不可能看到。延吉四季都有好吃的。

Best season: June–September (summer-autumn best). Winter: Changbai has skiing but Heavenly Lake is nearly impossible to see. Yanji has great food year-round.

费用参考：5天人均约3000-5000元（不含大交通）。长白山景区消费较高，延吉物价很低。
