安徽黄山与宏村5日游 | 5-Day Anhui: Huangshan & Hongcun

黄山的云海不是每天都有，但只要碰上一次，你就会觉得之前所有的等待都值了。宏村的月沼倒影，安静得像一幅还没干的水墨画。

Huangshan's sea of clouds doesn't appear every day, but one encounter makes all the waiting worthwhile. The reflection in Hongcun's Moon Pond is so still it looks like a fresh ink wash painting not yet dry.

黄山和宏村相距不到50公里，是安徽旅游最经典的组合。黄山看自然——奇松、怪石、云海、温泉，被称为"天下第一奇山"。宏村看人文——明清徽派建筑保存最完整的古村落，世界文化遗产。一个壮阔一个精致，5天节奏舒适。

Huangshan and Hongcun are less than 50km apart — Anhui's most classic pairing. Huangshan is about nature: peculiar pines, bizarre rocks, sea of clouds, and hot springs, known as "the most extraordinary mountain under heaven." Hongcun is about culture: the best-preserved Ming-Qing Hui-style architecture village, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. One is grand, the other refined — 5 days feels just right.

行程安排 / Day-by-Day Itinerary

第1天：抵达黄山市 / Day 1: Arrive in Huangshan City

黄山屯溪机场或黄山北站到市区（屯溪）约20分钟。下午逛屯溪老街——一条保存了几百年的徽州商业街，卖毛笔、歙砚、茶叶和各种徽州小吃。晚上吃臭鳜鱼（徽菜代表，闻着臭吃着香）和毛豆腐。

Huangshan Tunxi Airport or Huangshan North HSR Station to downtown (Tunxi) is ~20 minutes. Afternoon: stroll Tunxi Old Street — a centuries-old Huizhou commercial street selling calligraphy brushes, She inkstones, tea, and Huizhou snacks. Dinner: try stinky mandarin fish (signature Hui cuisine — smells foul, tastes amazing) and hairy tofu.

第2天：上黄山 / Day 2: Ascend Huangshan

从汤口镇（黄山脚下）坐景区大巴到云谷寺或慈光阁索道站。建议后山云谷索道上（15分钟），前山慈光阁步行下（次日）。

From Tangkou Town (foot of Huangshan) take the park shuttle to Yungu Temple or Ciguang Pavilion cable car station. Recommended: take Yungu cable car up the back mountain (15 min), walk down the front mountain via Ciguang the next day.

上山后先去始信峰——黄山松最集中的地方，"不到始信峰，不见黄山松"。然后走北海景区看梦笔生花、猴子观海等经典怪石。下午到西海大峡谷——黄山最壮观的峡谷，栈道悬在悬崖上，往下走约2小时到谷底坐地轨缆车上来。

After ascending, head to Beginning-to-Believe Peak — the densest concentration of Huangshan pines. "You don't truly see Huangshan pines until you reach Beginning-to-Believe Peak." Then explore the North Sea area for classic rock formations like Dream Pen Producing Flowers and Monkey Watching the Sea. Afternoon: West Sea Grand Canyon — Huangshan's most spectacular gorge with walkways clinging to cliffs. Walk down ~2 hours to the valley floor, then take the funicular back up.

住山顶：黄山山顶有几家酒店（光明顶、白云宾馆、排云楼等），旺季要提前1-2周预订，标间600-1500元/晚。也可以住多人间（约150元/床位）。

Stay on the summit: Several hotels sit atop Huangshan (Guangming Peak, Baiyun Hotel, Paiyun Tower, etc.). Book 1–2 weeks ahead in peak season; standard rooms ¥600–1,500/night. Dorm beds ~¥150.

第3天：黄山日出+下山 / Day 3: Sunrise & Descend

凌晨5点起床去光明顶或狮子峰看日出——如果天气好，太阳从云海中升起的画面会成为你这趟旅行最深的记忆。看完日出走前山下山，经过迎客松（黄山标志）、天都峰（黄山最险的山峰，恐高慎上）、莲花峰（黄山最高峰1864米，与天都峰轮流开放）。

Wake at 5am for sunrise at Guangming Peak or Lion Peak — if weather cooperates, watching the sun rise from a sea of clouds will become your deepest memory of this trip. After sunrise, descend via the front mountain, passing the Welcoming Pine (Huangshan's icon), Tiandu Peak (the most precipitous — skip if afraid of heights), and Lotus Peak (highest at 1,864m, alternates opening with Tiandu).

步行下山到慈光阁约3-4小时，膝盖不好的可以坐前山索道下。回汤口镇休息，泡个温泉（黄山温泉历史悠久，醉温泉约200元）。

Walking down to Ciguang Pavilion takes 3–4 hours. If your knees protest, take the front mountain cable car. Rest in Tangkou Town and soak in hot springs (Huangshan hot springs have a long history; Zui Hot Spring ~¥200).

第4天：宏村 / Day 4: Hongcun Village

汤口到宏村约30分钟车程。宏村是一个牛形布局的古村——月沼是牛胃，南湖是牛肚，水圳是牛肠。整个村子的水系设计精妙，500年前就实现了自来水入户。

Tangkou to Hongcun is ~30 minutes by car. Hongcun is laid out in the shape of an ox — Moon Pond is the stomach, South Lake is the belly, and the water channels are the intestines. The village's water system is ingeniously designed; running water reached every household 500 years ago.

门票104元，请一个讲解员（约100元/团）非常值得，否则很多建筑的木雕砖雕故事你看不出来。重点看承志堂（民间故宫，木雕极精美）、南湖书院、月沼周边的老宅。

Tickets ¥104. Hiring a guide (~¥100/group) is highly worthwhile — without one, you'll miss the stories behind the wood and brick carvings. Key sites: Chengzhi Hall (the "folk Forbidden City" with exquisite wood carvings), South Lake Academy, and old residences around Moon Pond.

下午在村里写生或喝茶发呆——宏村是中国美术院校最热门的写生基地，到处都能看到支着画架的学生。

Afternoon: sketch or sip tea in the village — Hongcun is China's most popular plein air painting base for art schools. Students with easels are everywhere.

第5天：西递或返程 / Day 5: Xidi or Departure

如果还有半天，去西递看看（宏村到西递约20分钟）。西递比宏村更安静，牌坊和祠堂保存更好，游客少一半。下午从黄山北站高铁返程。

If you have half a day, visit Xidi (~20 min from Hongcun). Xidi is quieter than Hongcun, with better-preserved memorial archways and ancestral halls, and half the tourists. Afternoon: HSR from Huangshan North Station.

实用信息 / Practical Notes

最佳季节：3-4月（春花+云海概率高）、11月（秋色+游客少）。夏天多雨但雨后云海概率最大。冬天有雾凇但部分步道封闭。

Best season: March–April (spring flowers + high chance of cloud sea), November (autumn colors + fewer tourists). Summer is rainy but post-rain cloud sea probability is highest. Winter has rime ice but some trails close.

门票：黄山旺季190元+索道单程80元+景区大巴19元。宏村104元。

Tickets: Huangshan peak season ¥190 + cable car one-way ¥80 + park shuttle ¥19. Hongcun ¥104.

体力要求：黄山全程步行约2万步/天，台阶多且陡。建议带登山杖，穿防滑鞋。山顶物价贵（矿泉水10-15元），自带干粮和水。

Fitness level: Full Huangshan hiking is ~20,000 steps/day on steep stairs. Bring trekking poles and wear non-slip shoes. Summit prices are steep (bottled water ¥10–15) — carry your own food and water.
