很多人第一次听到"贵州"会犹豫——不如云南出名，不如四川热闹。但这恰恰是它的优势：人少、价格合理、风景没有被过度开发。梵净山2018年才列入世界自然遗产，游客密度远低于黄山和张家界。西江千户苗寨是全国最大的苗族聚居村落，但很多外国游客根本不知道它的存在。

Many travelers hesitate at "Guizhou" — less famous than Yunnan, less buzzy than Sichuan. That's exactly the point: fewer crowds, reasonable prices, landscapes that haven't been over-touristed. Fanjing Mountain only joined the UNESCO World Natural Heritage list in 2018, with far fewer visitors than Huangshan or Zhangjiajie. Xijiang Miao Village is the largest Miao settlement in China, yet most international visitors have never heard of it.

行程安排 / Day-by-Day Itinerary

第1天：贵阳，青岩古镇 / Day 1: Guiyang & Qingyan Ancient Town

落地贵阳龙洞堡机场，打车或机场大巴进城约40分钟。下午去青岩古镇——距市区29公里，明清风格石板街，卖卤猪脚的小摊从下午开始排队。晚上住贵阳花果园或观山湖区，交通方便，次日早班高铁去铜仁更顺。

Arrive at Guiyang Longdongbao Airport — taxi or airport bus to the city takes about 40 minutes. Spend the afternoon at Qingyan Ancient Town, 29km from downtown: Ming-Qing stone-paved streets, braised pork trotters from roadside stalls that start queuing by mid-afternoon. Stay overnight near Huaguoyuan or Guanshan Lake for easy access to the morning high-speed rail.

第2-3天：梵净山 / Days 2–3: Fanjing Mountain

贵阳南站坐高铁到铜仁南约1.5小时，再转大巴或包车约1小时到景区。

Take the high-speed rail from Guiyang South to Tongren South (about 1.5 hours), then a bus or chartered car (~1 hour) to the scenic area.

第2天重点：乘索道上山，建议早上8点前到避开人流。蘑菇石是两块叠在一起的巨石，形状荒诞，站在云雾里像另一个星球。红云金顶分新老两座，中间一座小桥连接，桥上风大，抓好栏杆。

Day 2 highlights: Take the cable car up early (before 8am). The Mushroom Stone is two boulders stacked improbably on each other — in the mist it looks genuinely alien. The Red Cloud Golden Summit has two peaks connected by a narrow bridge. Hold the railing; the wind is serious.

第3天：体力好的话走护国寺到金顶的徒步线，单程约3小时，沿途原始森林和瀑布。下午下山，当晚住铜仁市区。

Day 3: If you have energy, hike from Huguo Temple to the summit (3 hours one way) through old-growth forest and past waterfalls. Descend in the afternoon, overnight in Tongren.

第4-5天：西江千户苗寨 / Days 4–5: Xijiang Miao Village

铜仁坐大巴或包车到凯里约3小时，再转车到西江约40分钟。西江是一个真实居住着6000多人的苗族村寨，不是主题公园。木质吊脚楼沿山坡层叠而上，夜晚亮灯后从对面山头看过去，像一幅会动的画。

From Tongren, bus or chartered car to Kaili (~3 hours), then 40 minutes to Xijiang. This is a real village of 6,000+ Miao people — not a theme park. Wooden stilted houses stack up the hillside; lit up at night from the opposite ridge, it looks like a living painting.

第4天下午抵达，先随意走，不急着看表演。傍晚爬到观景台等日落——这是西江最值得花时间的事。晚上苗族歌舞表演（门票含），真实程度比想象中高。

Day 4: Arrive in the afternoon, wander without a plan. Climb to the viewpoint before sunset — the single best use of your time here. The evening Miao song-and-dance show (included in the ticket) is more authentic than you'd expect.

第5天早上市场开市前去逛，能看到当地人买卖的日常。银饰一条街价格可以砍，但手工银饰和机器压制的差别很大——看接缝和重量，手工的更重、纹路更不规则。下午返回凯里坐高铁回贵阳，或直接飞回。

Day 5: Hit the morning market before it gets busy for a glimpse of daily local life. Silver jewelry prices are negotiable — handmade pieces are heavier with irregular patterns compared to machine-pressed ones. Afternoon: high-speed rail from Kaili back to Guiyang, or fly out directly.

实用信息 / Practical Notes

最佳季节：4-6月杜鹃花开、云雾多，9-11月秋色好、人少。7-8月雨季梵净山经常封山，出发前查官网公告。

Best season: April–June (rhododendrons, misty scenery) and September–November (autumn colors, fewer crowds). July–August is rainy — Fanjing often closes; check the official site before going.

梵净山门票：旺季约140元，索道单程约80元。建议提前在官网或美团预约，现场排队可能等2小时以上。

Fanjing tickets: ~¥140 peak season, cable car one-way ~¥80. Book ahead via the official site or Meituan — on-site queues can exceed 2 hours.

西江门票：约100元含晚上表演。住寨子里的吊脚楼民宿200-400元/晚，体验远好于山下酒店。
