为什么走敦煌-嘉峪关线 / Why the Dunhuang–Jiayuguan Route

甘肃旅游的精华集中在河西走廊——一条夹在祁连山和沙漠之间的狭长通道，古代丝绸之路的必经之路。敦煌在最西端，嘉峪关在中段，两点之间串起了中国最密集的丝路遗迹。这条线不绕路，5天刚好走完。

Gansu's highlights concentrate along the Hexi Corridor — a narrow passage squeezed between the Qilian Mountains and the desert, the ancient Silk Road's mandatory route. Dunhuang sits at the western end, Jiayuguan in the middle. Between them lies China's densest cluster of Silk Road relics. The route is linear — no backtracking, 5 days fits perfectly.

行程安排 / Day-by-Day Itinerary

第1天：抵达敦煌 / Day 1: Arrive in Dunhuang

敦煌机场很小，航班主要从兰州、西安、北京转。也可以坐火车到敦煌站（从兰州约12小时普快，或高铁到柳园南站再转大巴1.5小时）。到了先去沙州夜市——敦煌最热闹的地方，烤羊肉串、杏皮水、驴肉黄面都值得试。

Dunhuang Airport is small — flights mostly connect through Lanzhou, Xi'an, or Beijing. Alternatively, take a train to Dunhuang Station (12 hours from Lanzhou by regular rail, or HSR to Liuyuan South then 1.5-hour bus). Head to Shazhou Night Market first — Dunhuang's liveliest spot. Try lamb skewers, apricot skin water, and donkey meat noodles.

第2天：莫高窟 / Day 2: Mogao Caves

这是整趟行程的核心。莫高窟有735个洞窟，常规票能看8个，每批由讲解员带领，约2小时。壁画从北魏到元代跨越千年，最震撼的是第45窟的唐代彩塑和第17窟的藏经洞（发现敦煌文书的地方）。

This is the heart of the entire trip. Mogao has 735 caves; a standard ticket covers 8, guided in groups of about 2 hours. The murals span from the Northern Wei to the Yuan Dynasty — over a thousand years. The most stunning are the Tang Dynasty painted sculptures in Cave 45 and the Library Cave (Cave 17), where the Dunhuang manuscripts were discovered.

重要：必须提前至少1个月在莫高窟官网预约，旺季（7-8月）经常提前2个月售罄。应急票只能看4个窟且不含数字电影。

Critical: Book at least 1 month ahead on the Mogao Caves official website. Peak season (July–August) often sells out 2 months in advance. Emergency tickets only cover 4 caves and skip the digital film.

下午去鸣沙山月牙泉——沙漠里一弯泉水，存在了2000年没有干涸。骑骆驼上鸣沙山看日落（100元/人），光线从金色变成紫红色的那几分钟，整个沙漠都安静下来。

Afternoon: Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Moon Spring — a crescent-shaped spring that has survived 2,000 years in the desert without drying up. Ride a camel up Mingsha Mountain for sunset (¥100/person). During those few minutes when the light shifts from gold to crimson, the entire desert goes silent.

第3天：敦煌周边 / Day 3: Around Dunhuang

上午去阳关或玉门关遗址（二选一，各约1.5小时车程）。阳关保存更好，有博物馆；玉门关更荒凉但更有"大漠孤烟"的感觉。下午去敦煌博物馆（免费），把莫高窟没看够的背景知识补上。

Morning: visit Yangguan or Yumen Pass ruins (pick one, each ~1.5 hours by car). Yangguan is better preserved with a museum; Yumen Pass is more desolate but captures that "lone smoke in the desert" feeling. Afternoon: Dunhuang Museum (free) — fills in the background knowledge you couldn't get enough of at Mogao.

第4天：敦煌→嘉峪关 / Day 4: Dunhuang to Jiayuguan

早上坐高铁从柳园南到嘉峪关南约3小时（或敦煌站普快约5小时）。下午直奔嘉峪关关城——明代万里长城的最西端，号称"天下第一雄关"。城墙保存完好，站在城楼上往西看是戈壁，往东看是祁连雪山，这个画面会让你理解古人说的"出了嘉峪关就是关外"是什么意思。

Morning HSR from Liuyuan South to Jiayuguan South (~3 hours), or regular train from Dunhuang (~5 hours). Head straight to Jiayuguan Fort — the westernmost end of the Ming Dynasty Great Wall, known as "the Greatest Pass Under Heaven." The walls are well-preserved; looking west from the tower you see Gobi desert, looking east you see Qilian snow peaks. This view makes you understand what the ancients meant by "beyond Jiayuguan lies the frontier."

门票约110元，建议请一个讲解（50元），历史故事比自己看有意思得多。

第5天：嘉峪关→返程 / Day 5: Jiayuguan & Return

上午去悬壁长城（嘉峪关北8公里），长城沿45度陡坡修建，像挂在山壁上一样。体力好的爬到顶约30分钟，视野开阔。之后去长城第一墩——明长城最西端的烽火台遗址，旁边是讨赖河峡谷，落差几十米，非常壮观。下午从嘉峪关机场或高铁站返程。

Morning: Overhanging Great Wall (8km north of Jiayuguan) — the wall climbs a 45-degree slope, looking like it's hanging off the cliff. Fit hikers reach the top in 30 minutes for panoramic views. Then visit the First Pier of the Great Wall — the westernmost beacon tower of the Ming wall, beside the Taolai River Gorge with a dramatic drop of dozens of meters. Afternoon: fly or take HSR from Jiayuguan.

实用信息 / Practical Notes

最佳季节：5-6月和9-10月。7-8月最热（40度以上）但也是旺季。冬天冷但莫高窟人少，能看更多窟。

Best season: May–June and September–October. July–August is hottest (40°C+) but peak season. Winter is cold but Mogao is nearly empty — you may see more caves.

防晒与补水：甘肃日照极强且干燥，SPF50防晒霜、墨镜、帽子、大量饮水缺一不可。

Sun protection: Gansu sun is intense and the air is bone-dry. SPF50 sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, and lots of water are all non-negotiable.
