Qingdao has the sea, beer, and red-roofed German colonial architecture; Mount Tai is the foremost of the Five Sacred Mountains, where emperors performed heaven-and-earth rituals. 行程安排 / Day-by-Day Itinerary

第1天：抵达青岛 / Day 1: Arrive in Qingdao

青岛流亭机场或胶东机场到市区约1小时。下午去栈桥——青岛的标志，一条伸入海中的百年栈桥，尽头是回澜阁。沿海边往东走到中山路，两边是德国风格老建筑。

Qingdao Liuting or Jiaodong Airport to downtown ~1 hour. Afternoon: Zhanqiao Pier — Qingdao's icon, a century-old pier stretching into the sea with Huilan Pavilion at its tip. Walk east along the coast to Zhongshan Road, lined with German-style buildings.

晚上去啤酒街或者台东夜市。青岛人喝啤酒的方式很特别——散装青岛啤酒用塑料袋打，5块钱一袋，配烤鱿鱼和蛤蜊，这就是青岛夏天的味道。

Evening: Beer Street or Taidong Night Market. Qingdao locals drink beer in a unique way — draft Tsingtao in plastic bags, ¥5 a bag, paired with grilled squid and clams. That's the taste of Qingdao summer.

第2天：青岛海岸线 / Day 2: Qingdao Coastline

上午去八大关风景区——以八条以关隘命名的路组成，两边是各国风格的别墅，秋天银杏和梧桐变色时最美。花石楼（蒋介石曾住过）和公主楼值得进去看看。

Morning: Eight Great Passes scenic area — eight roads named after mountain passes, lined with villas in various international styles. Most beautiful in autumn when ginkgo and sycamore trees change color. Huashi Building (where Chiang Kai-shek once stayed) and Princess House are worth entering.

下午去崂山（门票90元+景区车40元）。崂山是中国海岸线上最高的山（1132米），道教名山，"海上第一名山"。走南线太清宫路线约3-4小时，太清宫是崂山最大的道观，有2000多年历史。

Afternoon: Laoshan Mountain (ticket ¥90 + shuttle ¥40). Laoshan is the tallest mountain on China's coastline (1,132m), a famous Taoist mountain — "the foremost mountain by the sea." The south route via Taiqing Palace takes 3–4 hours. Taiqing Palace is Laoshan's largest Taoist temple with 2,000+ years of history.

第3天：青岛→泰安 / Day 3: Qingdao to Tai'an

上午可以去青岛啤酒博物馆（50元，含两杯啤酒品尝），了解青岛啤酒从1903年德国人建厂到现在的历史。中午高铁到泰安（约2.5小时）。

Morning: Tsingtao Beer Museum (¥50, includes two beer tastings) — learn the history from the 1903 German-built brewery to today. Midday HSR to Tai'an (~2.5 hours).

下午在泰安休息，为夜爬泰山做准备。去岱庙逛逛——泰山脚下的皇家庙宇，规模仅次于故宫和孔庙，里面有历代帝王祭泰山的碑刻。

Afternoon: rest in Tai'an to prepare for the night climb. Visit Dai Temple — the imperial temple at Tai Mountain's foot, second in scale only to the Forbidden City and Confucius Temple, housing steles from emperors across dynasties.

第4天：夜爬泰山看日出 / Day 4: Night Climb for Sunrise

经典夜爬路线：晚上11点从红门出发，沿中天门、十八盘一路爬到南天门，全程约6-7小时，7000多级台阶。凌晨5点左右到达玉皇顶（1545米），等日出。

Classic night climb: Start from Red Gate at 11pm, climb through Midway Gate to Heaven and the Eighteen Bends to South Gate of Heaven. Total ~6–7 hours, 7,000+ steps. Reach Jade Emperor Peak (1,545m) around 5am for sunrise.

十八盘是最难的一段——1600多级台阶几乎垂直往上，两边是悬崖。爬到这里腿会抖，但抬头看到南天门亮着灯，就知道快到了。

The Eighteen Bends is the hardest section — 1,600+ nearly vertical steps flanked by cliffs. Your legs will shake, but looking up to see South Gate of Heaven lit up means you're almost there.

日出：泰山日出是中国最著名的日出之一。太阳从云层中跳出来的那一刻，山顶几千人同时欢呼。记得租军大衣（山顶有租，20元），凌晨山顶温度可能只有5-10度。

Sunrise: Mount Tai's sunrise is one of China's most famous. The moment the sun leaps from the clouds, thousands on the summit cheer together. Rent a military overcoat at the top (¥20) — pre-dawn summit temperatures can drop to 5–10°C.

下山可以坐索道到中天门（100元），再坐大巴下山。下午回泰安休息。

Descend by cable car to Midway Gate (¥100), then bus down. Afternoon: rest in Tai'an.

第5天：曲阜或返程 / Day 5: Qufu or Departure

如果还有半天，从泰安坐高铁到曲阜（20分钟），去孔庙、孔府、孔林——儒家文化的圣地，世界文化遗产。三孔联票140元，建议请讲解。下午返程。

If you have half a day, HSR from Tai'an to Qufu (20 min) for the Temple of Confucius, Kong Family Mansion, and Cemetery of Confucius — the holy land of Confucian culture, UNESCO World Heritage. Combined ticket ¥140; hire a guide. Afternoon: depart.

实用信息 / Practical Notes

最佳季节：5-6月和9-10月。青岛8月有啤酒节但人暴多。泰山四季可爬，冬天有雾凇但路滑。

Best season: May–June and September–October. Qingdao's August Beer Festival is packed. Mount Tai is climbable year-round; winter has rime ice but slippery paths.

夜爬装备：头灯或手电（必备）、登山杖、厚外套、巧克力和水。山上有小卖部但价格翻倍。

Night climb gear: Headlamp or flashlight (essential), trekking poles, warm jacket, chocolate and water. Shops exist on the mountain but prices double.

费用参考：泰山门票115元+索道100元，崂山90元+40元。5天人均约2500-4500元（不含大交通）。
