婺源被称为"中国最美乡村"，徽派建筑和田园风光是摄影师的天堂。庐山是中国文化名山，李白、苏轼都写过它，近代又是蒋介石的夏都和庐山会议的发生地。两地相距约3小时车程，5天可以从田园走到历史。

Wuyuan is called "China's most beautiful countryside" — Hui-style architecture and pastoral scenery are a photographer's paradise. Lushan is a culturally iconic mountain — Li Bai and Su Shi both wrote about it, and in modern times it served as Chiang Kai-shek's summer capital and the site of the Lushan Conference. ~3 hours apart by road; 5 days takes you from pastoral to historical.

行程安排 / Day-by-Day Itinerary

第1天：抵达婺源 / Day 1: Arrive in Wuyuan

婺源高铁站到县城约15分钟。下午去李坑村（门票含在通票210元内）——婺源最经典的古村之一，小桥流水、白墙黑瓦、村民在溪边洗衣服。村子不大，1-2小时逛完。建议买婺源通票（210元，5天有效，含14个景点）。

Wuyuan HSR station to town ~15 min. Afternoon: Likeng Village (included in the all-in-one pass ¥210) — one of Wuyuan's most classic ancient villages: stone bridges, flowing streams, white walls, black tiles, villagers washing clothes by the creek. Small village, 1–2 hours. Buy the Wuyuan all-in-one pass (¥210, valid 5 days, covers 14 attractions).

第2天：婺源东线 / Day 2: Wuyuan East Route

上午去江湾——江泽民祖籍地，保存完好的徽派古村，萧江宗祠规模很大。然后去晓起村——分上晓起和下晓起，上晓起更原生态，古樟树群和老宅子值得慢慢走。

Morning: Jiangwan — ancestral home of Jiang Zemin, a well-preserved Hui-style village with the grand Xiao-Jiang Ancestral Hall. Then Xiaoqi Village — divided into Upper and Lower Xiaoqi; Upper is more authentic, with ancient camphor tree groves and old houses worth a slow stroll.

下午去篁岭（门票含索道145元，不在通票内）——这是婺源最值得去的地方。篁岭是建在山坡上的古村，因为平地少，村民把粮食晒在屋顶的晒架上，形成了著名的"篁岭晒秋"景观——红辣椒、黄菊花、白萝卜条铺满屋顶，色彩极其丰富。

Afternoon: Huangling (¥145 including cable car, not on the all-in-one pass) — Wuyuan's most worthwhile destination. Huangling is an ancient village built on a hillside; with little flat ground, villagers dry crops on rooftop racks, creating the famous "Huangling autumn drying" scene — red chili peppers, yellow chrysanthemums, white radish strips covering rooftops in extraordinary color.

第3天：婺源北线 / Day 3: Wuyuan North Route

上午去思溪延村——两个相邻的古村，比东线的村子安静得多，明清商宅保存完好，木雕和砖雕非常精美。然后去彩虹桥——中国最美的廊桥之一，建于南宋，桥上有廊亭可以坐下来发呆看河水。

Morning: Sixi-Yancun — two adjacent ancient villages, much quieter than the east route, with well-preserved Ming-Qing merchant houses and exquisite wood and brick carvings. Then Rainbow Bridge — one of China's most beautiful covered bridges, built in the Southern Song, with covered pavilions where you can sit and watch the river.

下午去卧龙谷（通票内）——一条峡谷溪流，夏天可以玩水，秋天红叶很好看。不想走路的话可以跳过，把时间留给村子。

Afternoon: Wolong Valley (on the pass) — a gorge stream, good for wading in summer and autumn foliage. Skip if you prefer villages — save the time for them.

第4天：婺源→庐山 / Day 4: Wuyuan to Lushan

上午出发去庐山（约3小时车程或婺源→九江高铁1小时+九江上山）。下午上庐山，先去牯岭镇安顿——庐山山顶的小镇，海拔1100米，是庐山的大本营。傍晚去花径和如琴湖散步——白居易写"人间四月芳菲尽，山寺桃花始盛开"就是在花径。

Morning: depart for Lushan (~3 hours by road, or Wuyuan→Jiujiang HSR 1 hour + bus up the mountain). Afternoon: ascend Lushan, settle in Guling Town — the mountaintop town at 1,100m elevation, Lushan's base camp. Evening: stroll Flower Path and Ruqin Lake — Bai Juyi wrote "When April flowers have faded in the world below, the mountain temple's peach blossoms just begin to bloom" right here at Flower Path.

第5天：庐山精华+返程 / Day 5: Lushan Highlights & Departure

上午去含鄱口看日出（需要早起）——庐山最佳观景台，天气好的时候能看到鄱阳湖全景。然后去三叠泉瀑布（门票64元，需要走约1小时台阶下去）——李白写的"飞流直下三千尺，疑是银河落九天"虽然写的是庐山瀑布，但三叠泉是庐山最壮观的瀑布，落差155米，分三级跌落。

Morning: Hanpokou for sunrise (early start required) — Lushan's best viewpoint; on clear days you see the full panorama of Poyang Lake. Then Sandie Spring Waterfall (¥64, ~1 hour of stairs down) — Li Bai's famous poem "Flying stream plunges three thousand feet, as if the Milky Way falls from the ninth heaven" was about Lushan's waterfalls. Sandie Spring is Lushan's most spectacular: 155m drop in three cascading tiers.

下午去美庐别墅（门票25元）——蒋介石和宋美龄的夏季别墅，"美庐"二字是蒋介石亲笔题写。庐山上有几百栋各国风格的别墅，是近代中国"夏都"文化的缩影。然后下山返程。

Afternoon: Meilu Villa (¥25) — Chiang Kai-shek and Soong Mei-ling's summer villa; "Meilu" was calligraphed by Chiang himself. Lushan has hundreds of villas in various international styles — a microcosm of modern China's "summer capital" culture. Then descend and depart.

最佳季节：3-4月（婺源油菜花）、10-11月（篁岭晒秋+庐山红叶）。夏天庐山是避暑胜地（山顶比山下凉10度）。

Best season: March–April (Wuyuan rapeseed flowers), October–November (Huangling autumn drying + Lushan autumn foliage). Summer: Lushan is a heat-escape resort (10°C cooler on top).
