舟山群岛是中国最大的群岛，有全国最好的海鲜和普陀山（中国四大佛教名山之一）。千岛湖是1959年建新安江水电站时形成的人工湖，1078个岛屿散布在573平方公里的湖面上。两地虽然不挨着（约4小时车程），但串起来正好是浙江山海的两面。

Zhoushan Archipelago is China's largest island group, with the country's best seafood and Mount Putuo (one of China's four sacred Buddhist mountains). Qiandao Lake (Thousand Island Lake) formed in 1959 when the Xin'an River Dam was built — 1,078 islands scattered across 573 km² of water. Though ~4 hours apart by road, together they show both faces of Zhejiang: sea and mountain.

行程安排 / Day-by-Day Itinerary

第1天：抵达舟山+沈家门 / Day 1: Arrive in Zhoushan & Shenjiamen

从杭州或宁波到舟山（大巴约3-4小时，或宁波到舟山跨海大桥自驾1.5小时）。下午去沈家门渔港——中国最大的天然渔港之一，和挪威卑尔根、秘鲁卡亚俄并称世界三大渔港。傍晚渔船回港的时候最热闹。

From Hangzhou or Ningbo to Zhoushan (bus ~3–4 hours, or self-drive via Ningbo-Zhoushan Sea-Crossing Bridge 1.5 hours). Afternoon: Shenjiamen Fishing Port — one of China's largest natural fishing ports, ranked alongside Bergen (Norway) and Callao (Peru) as the world's three great fishing ports. Most lively when fishing boats return at dusk.

晚上在沈家门夜排档吃海鲜——这里的海鲜新鲜程度是内陆城市无法比的。白灼虾、清蒸梭子蟹、椒盐皮皮虾、红烧望潮（小章鱼），人均100-200元吃到撑。

Evening: Shenjiamen night seafood stalls — freshness levels inland cities can't match. Blanched shrimp, steamed swimming crab, salt-and-pepper mantis shrimp, braised baby octopus. ¥100–200 per person, eat until you can't move.

第2天：普陀山 / Day 2: Mount Putuo

从沈家门半升洞码头坐快艇到普陀山（约15分钟，船票30元，上岛门票160元）。普陀山是观音菩萨的道场，中国四大佛教名山之一，岛上寺庙密集。

Speedboat from Shenjiamen Banshengdong Wharf to Mount Putuo (~15 min, boat ¥30, island ticket ¥160). Mount Putuo is the bodhimanda of Guanyin (Avalokitesvara), one of China's four sacred Buddhist mountains, densely packed with temples.

必看三寺：普济寺（前寺，最大）、法雨寺（后寺，建筑最精美）、慧济寺（山顶，最清净）。三寺之间有步道相连，走完约3-4小时。南海观音铜像（33米高）面朝大海，是普陀山的标志。

Three must-see temples: Puji Temple (Front Temple, largest), Fayu Temple (Rear Temple, finest architecture), Huiji Temple (summit, most serene). Connected by walking paths, ~3–4 hours total. The 33m bronze Nanhai Guanyin statue facing the sea is Putuo's icon.

不信佛也值得来——普陀山的自然环境极好，古树参天，海风穿过寺院，钟声和海浪声混在一起，非常治愈。

Worth visiting even if you're not Buddhist — Putuo's natural environment is superb. Ancient trees tower overhead, sea breeze flows through temple courtyards, bell chimes mix with ocean waves. Deeply healing.

第3天：舟山→千岛湖 / Day 3: Zhoushan to Qiandao Lake

上午出发去千岛湖（约4小时车程）。下午到千岛湖镇后去千岛湖广场看湖景，然后坐游船环湖（船票约150元，含3-4个岛屿停靠）。千岛湖的水是国家一级水体，农夫山泉的水源地就在这里——湖水能见度5-8米，碧绿透亮。

Morning: depart for Qiandao Lake (~4 hours by road). Afternoon: arrive at Qiandao Lake Town, enjoy lake views from the plaza, then take a cruise (ticket ~¥150, includes 3–4 island stops). Qiandao Lake is a National Class I water body — Nongfu Spring's water source is here. Visibility 5–8 meters, emerald and crystal clear.

游船会停靠梅峰岛（登高俯瞰千岛湖全景，300多个岛屿尽收眼底）和龙山岛（有海瑞祠）。

The cruise stops at Meifeng Island (climb for a panoramic view of 300+ islands) and Longshan Island (with Hai Rui's Shrine).

第4天：千岛湖半日+返程 / Day 4: Qiandao Lake Half Day & Departure

上午去千岛湖骑行绿道——环湖建了专门的骑行道，租自行车（30-50元/半天）沿湖骑行，湖光山色就在身边。或者去文渊狮城（门票100元）——千岛湖水下有两座千年古城（建水库时被淹没），文渊狮城是在岸上复建的版本，可以了解这段历史。下午返程。

Morning: Qiandao Lake cycling greenway — dedicated bike paths circle the lake. Rent a bicycle (¥30–50/half day) and ride along the shore with lake and mountain scenery beside you. Or visit Wenyu Lion City (¥100) — two thousand-year-old cities lie submerged beneath Qiandao Lake (flooded when the reservoir was built). Wenyu Lion City is a reconstructed version on shore, telling this story. Afternoon: depart.

实用信息 / Practical Notes

最佳季节：4-6月和9-11月。夏天舟山可以游泳但台风季（7-9月）需关注天气。千岛湖四季皆宜。

Best season: April–June and September–November. Zhoushan summers allow swimming but watch for typhoon season (July–September). Qiandao Lake is good year-round.

普陀山住宿：岛上有寺院客房和酒店，旺季（春节、观音诞辰）价格翻倍且需提前预订。建议住沈家门，当天往返。

Putuo accommodation: The island has temple guesthouses and hotels; prices double in peak season (Chinese New Year, Guanyin's birthday) and require advance booking. Recommend staying in Shenjiamen and doing a day trip.
