河南洛阳与开封5日游 | 5-Day Henan: Luoyang & Kaifeng

洛阳是十三朝古都，开封是北宋的东京梦华。河南这条线走的不是风景，是中国历史的主线剧情。

Luoyang was capital to thirteen dynasties; Kaifeng was the Northern Song's glittering Eastern Capital. This Henan route isn't about scenery — it's China's main storyline.

河南是中华文明的核心发源地。洛阳有龙门石窟、白马寺、关林；开封有清明上河园、铁塔、包公祠。两城高铁40分钟，5天能把中国历史从东汉走到北宋。

Henan is the core birthplace of Chinese civilization. Luoyang has Longmen Grottoes, White Horse Temple, and Guan Yu's Tomb; Kaifeng has Millennium City Park, Iron Pagoda, and Lord Bao's Shrine. HSR between them: 40 minutes. Five days take you from the Eastern Han to the Northern Song.

行程安排 / Day-by-Day Itinerary

第1天：抵达洛阳 / Day 1: Arrive in Luoyang

下午去洛阳博物馆（免费）——馆藏从夏商周到唐代，唐三彩是镇馆之宝。然后去洛邑古城逛逛——仿唐建筑群，晚上灯光亮起来很有氛围，穿汉服拍照的年轻人特别多。晚上去老城十字街夜市吃洛阳水席的几道经典菜：牡丹燕菜、连汤肉片。

Afternoon: Luoyang Museum (free) — collections spanning Xia-Shang-Zhou through Tang Dynasty; Tang Sancai (tri-color glazed pottery) is the star. Then Luoyi Ancient City — Tang-style architecture complex, atmospheric when lit at night, packed with young people in Hanfu taking photos. Evening: Old Town Cross Street night market for classic Luoyang Water Banquet dishes: Peony Swallow Vegetable, Soup Meat Slices.

第2天：龙门石窟 / Day 2: Longmen Grottoes

全天给龙门石窟（门票90元）。这是中国三大石窟之一（另外两个是敦煌莫高窟和大同云冈石窟），开凿于北魏，历经400多年。10万余尊佛像分布在伊河两岸的崖壁上，最大的卢舍那大佛高17米，据说是按照武则天的面容雕刻的——表情端庄又带着微笑，是中国石刻艺术的巅峰。

Full day at Longmen Grottoes (¥90). One of China's three great grottoes (alongside Dunhuang Mogao and Datong Yungang), carved starting in the Northern Wei, spanning 400+ years. Over 100,000 Buddha statues line the cliffs along both banks of the Yi River. The largest, Vairocana Buddha, stands 17m tall — said to be modeled after Empress Wu Zetian's face. The expression is dignified yet smiling, the pinnacle of Chinese stone carving.

西山石窟是精华所在，从北到南依次看：宾阳三洞（北魏）→万佛洞（唐代，洞内刻了15000尊小佛）→奉先寺（卢舍那大佛所在）。东山石窟人少，看经寺洞的29尊罗汉浮雕也很精彩。

West Hill grottoes are the highlight. Walk south to north: Binyang Three Caves (Northern Wei) → Ten Thousand Buddha Cave (Tang, 15,000 small Buddhas carved inside) → Fengxian Temple (home of Vairocana). East Hill is less crowded; the 29 Arhat reliefs in Kanjing Cave are also excellent.

第3天：白马寺+关林 / Day 3: White Horse Temple & Guan Lin

上午去白马寺（门票35元）——中国第一座官办佛教寺院，建于东汉永平十一年（公元68年），比少林寺早了近500年。寺内有印度、缅甸、泰国政府捐建的佛殿，风格各异，像一个小型佛教建筑博览会。

Morning: White Horse Temple (¥35) — China's first government-built Buddhist temple, founded in 68 AD (Eastern Han), nearly 500 years before Shaolin. The temple grounds include halls donated by the Indian, Myanmar, and Thai governments, each in different styles — like a mini Buddhist architecture expo.

下午去关林（门票40元）——埋葬关羽首级的地方（关羽的身体葬在湖北当阳，头颅被送到洛阳）。关林是中国唯一的"林"——只有圣人的墓才能称"林"（孔子的叫孔林，关羽的叫关林）。

Afternoon: Guan Lin (¥40) — burial site of Guan Yu's head (his body was buried in Dangyang, Hubei; his head was sent to Luoyang). Guan Lin is China's only "Lin" besides Confucius's — only a sage's tomb earns the title "Lin."

第4天：洛阳→开封 / Day 4: Luoyang to Kaifeng

上午高铁到开封（约40分钟）。下午去清明上河园（门票100元）——按照张择端《清明上河图》1:1还原的北宋主题公园，里面有各种宋代表演：包公断案、岳飞枪挑小梁王、水上杂技。虽然是主题公园，但做得很用心，能让你直观感受北宋东京的繁华。

Morning HSR to Kaifeng (~40 min). Afternoon: Millennium City Park (¥100) — a Northern Song theme park recreated 1:1 from Zhang Zeduan's "Along the River During Qingming Festival." Performances include Judge Bao's court, Yue Fei's spear duel, and water acrobatics. It's a theme park, but well-crafted — gives you a visceral sense of Northern Song prosperity.

晚上去鼓楼夜市——开封夜市文化全国闻名。灌汤包（开封第一名吃）、炒凉粉、杏仁茶、花生糕，摊位从鼓楼一直摆到几百米外。

Evening: Drum Tower Night Market — Kaifeng's night market culture is nationally famous. Soup dumplings (Kaifeng's #1 food), stir-fried cold noodles, almond tea, peanut cake — stalls stretch hundreds of meters from the Drum Tower.

第5天：开封半日+返程 / Day 5: Kaifeng Half Day & Departure

上午去铁塔公园（门票40元）看开封铁塔——其实是琉璃砖塔，因为颜色像铁而得名，建于北宋（1049年），历经地震洪水屹立近千年。然后去包公祠（门票30元）——包拯在开封做过知府，"包青天"的故事大部分发生在这里。下午返程。

Morning: Iron Pagoda Park (¥40) — actually a glazed-brick pagoda nicknamed "Iron" for its color, built in 1049 (Northern Song), standing nearly 1,000 years through earthquakes and floods. Then Lord Bao's Shrine (¥30) — Bao Zheng served as Kaifeng's prefect; most "Judge Bao" stories happened here. Afternoon: depart.

实用信息 / Practical Notes

最佳季节：4月（洛阳牡丹花会）和9-11月。夏天河南很热（38度+），冬天干冷。

Best season: April (Luoyang Peony Festival) and September–November. Henan summers are scorching (38°C+); winters are dry and cold.

费用参考：5天人均约2500-4000元（不含大交通）。洛阳开封物价都不高，住宿150-400元/晚。
