现状概览 / Current Situation

中国无障碍设施近年改善明显，但与欧美日相比仍有差距。一线城市（北京、上海、广州、深圳）和新建基础设施（高铁站、新地铁线）无障碍设施较完善；老旧城区和三四线城市仍存在较多障碍。

China's accessibility has improved significantly in recent years but still lags behind Europe, the US, and Japan. Tier-1 cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen) and new infrastructure (HSR stations, new metro lines) have better facilities; older districts and smaller cities remain more challenging.

交通无障碍 / Accessible Transportation

高铁：所有G/D字头列车设有无障碍车厢，含轮椅位和无障碍卫生间。12306购票时选"无障碍座位"。地铁：北京、上海、广州地铁站均有直梯和坡道，工作人员可协助上下车。出租车/网约车：滴滴有"无障碍出行"选项（部分城市），可预约配备坡道的车辆。

HSR: All G/D trains have accessible carriages with wheelchair spaces and accessible toilets. Select "accessible seat" when booking on 12306. Metro: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou stations have elevators and ramps; staff assist with boarding. Taxis/Ride-hailing: Didi has an "accessible" option (some cities) to request ramp-equipped vehicles.

景区无障碍 / Accessible Attractions

故宫、长城（八达岭）、兵马俑等5A景区均有轮椅通道和无障碍卫生间。故宫提供免费轮椅借用（需押金）。黄山、张家界等山岳景区对轮椅用户难度极大，建议提前咨询景区管理处。

The Palace Museum, Great Wall (Badaling), Terracotta Warriors, and other 5A attractions have wheelchair paths and accessible restrooms. The Palace Museum offers free wheelchair loans (deposit required). Mountain attractions like Huangshan and Zhangjiajie are very challenging for wheelchair users — contact management in advance.

住宿建议 / Accommodation Tips

国际连锁酒店（万豪、希尔顿、洲际）无障碍房间配置标准化且可在线预订。国内连锁（如亚朵、全季）部分门店有无障碍房但需电话确认。民宿和青旅无障碍设施普遍不足。
