四川九寨沟与黄龙7日游 | 7-Day Sichuan: Jiuzhaigou & Huanglong

九寨沟和黄龙相距约150公里，通常一趟走完。两个都是世界自然遗产，但风格完全不同：九寨沟是彩林和海子（高山湖泊），黄龙是钙化地貌和温泉。加上成都作为起止点，7天可以把川西最精华的自然风光串起来。

Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong are about 150km apart, usually done in one trip. Both are UNESCO World Heritage Sites but completely different in character: Jiuzhaigou is about colorful forests and alpine lakes (called "haizi"), while Huanglong is travertine formations and hot springs. With Chengdu as the start and end point, 7 days covers western Sichuan's finest natural scenery.

行程安排 / Day-by-Day Itinerary

第1天：抵达成都 / Day 1: Arrive in Chengdu

成都双流或天府机场到市区约1小时。下午逛宽窄巷子或锦里，晚上去玉林路一带找苍蝇馆子——成都最好吃的东西往往藏在最不起眼的小店里。推荐试冒菜或串串香，人均30-50元吃到撑。

Chengdu Shuangliu or Tianfu Airport to downtown takes about 1 hour. Afternoon: stroll Kuanzhai Alley or Jinli. Evening: hunt for "fly restaurants" (tiny hole-in-wall eateries) around Yulin Road — Chengdu's best food often hides in the most unassuming shops. Try maocai or chuanchuan (skewer hot pot), ¥30–50 per person for a feast.

第2天：成都→九寨沟 / Day 2: Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou

两种方式：飞九黄机场（1小时，但航班少且受天气影响大），或坐旅游大巴走都汶高速（约8-9小时，沿途经过叠溪海子和松潘古城）。大巴虽然久，但沿途风景从平原过渡到高原，变化很戏剧性。

Two options: fly to Jiuhuang Airport (1 hour, but flights are few and weather-dependent), or take a tourist bus via the Duwen Expressway (~8–9 hours, passing Diexi Lake and Songpan Ancient Town). The bus ride is long, but the scenery transitions dramatically from plains to plateau.

到了九寨沟口镇安顿下来，海拔约2000米，部分人会有轻微高反，多喝水、少剧烈运动。

Settle in at Jiuzhaigou Town near the park entrance, elevation ~2,000m. Some people feel mild altitude effects — drink plenty of water and avoid strenuous activity.

第3天：九寨沟全天 / Day 3: Full Day in Jiuzhaigou

九寨沟呈Y字形，分三条沟：树正沟、日则沟、则查洼沟。一天走完三条沟需要早进晚出（8:00开门，建议7:30排队）。

Jiuzhaigou is Y-shaped with three valleys: Shuzheng, Rize, and Zechawa. Covering all three in one day requires an early start and late finish (gates open 8:00, line up by 7:30).

核心看点：五花海的水色分层像打翻了颜料盘；珍珠滩瀑布是《西游记》片尾曲的取景地；长海是沟内最大的湖，海拔3100米；诺日朗瀑布宽270米，是中国最宽的高山瀑布。

Must-sees: Five-Flower Lake's layered water colors look like a spilled paint palette; Pearl Shoal Waterfall was the filming location for the Journey to the West TV series ending; Long Lake is the valley's largest at 3,100m elevation; Nuorilang Waterfall at 270m wide is China's broadest alpine waterfall.

建议路线：先坐景区车到最远的长海，然后一路往下走，体力消耗最小。

Suggested route: Take the park shuttle to the farthest point (Long Lake), then walk downhill — least tiring approach.

第4天：九寨沟二进或周边 / Day 4: Jiuzhaigou Day 2 or Surroundings

如果买了二次进沟票（需提前预约），可以重点走第一天没走透的沟。树正沟的磨坊和藏寨值得慢慢逛。如果不二进，可以去九寨千古情景区看演出，或者去甘海子、神仙池等周边景点。

If you booked a second-entry ticket (must reserve in advance), revisit the valley you didn't fully explore. Shuzheng Valley's watermills and Tibetan villages deserve a slow walk. If not re-entering, catch the Romance of Jiuzhai show, or visit nearby spots like Ganhaizi or Fairy Pool.

第5天：九寨沟→黄龙→川主寺 / Day 5: Jiuzhaigou to Huanglong

早上出发去黄龙，车程约3-4小时，翻越海拔4007米的雪山梁垭口——全程最高点，可能会有明显高反，提前备好红景天或氧气罐。

Morning departure for Huanglong, ~3–4 hours by car, crossing the 4,007m Xuebao Pass — the highest point of the trip. Altitude sickness may hit hard here; prepare rhodiola supplements or portable oxygen.

黄龙景区建议坐索道上山（80元），步行下山。五彩池在最顶端，3900多个钙化彩池层层叠叠铺在山谷里，阳光下颜色从翡翠绿到琥珀黄不断变化。这是黄龙的灵魂，一定要走到顶。

Take the cable car up (¥80) and walk down. Five-Color Pools sit at the top — over 3,900 travertine pools cascading down the valley, shifting from emerald to amber in sunlight. This is Huanglong's soul; you must reach the summit.

晚上住川主寺镇，海拔较低，休息恢复。

Stay overnight in Chuanzhusi Town at lower elevation to rest and recover.

第6天：川主寺→成都 / Day 6: Return to Chengdu

飞九黄机场回成都（1小时），或大巴原路返回（8-9小时）。到成都后下午去人民公园喝盖碗茶，感受成都人的慢生活。晚上去建设路夜市或者春熙路太古里逛逛。

Fly from Jiuhuang Airport (1 hour) or bus back (8–9 hours). In Chengdu, spend the afternoon at People's Park sipping lidded-bowl tea — experience the Chengdu slow life. Evening: Jianshe Road night market or Chunxi Road Taikoo Li.

第7天：成都半日+返程 / Day 7: Half Day in Chengdu & Departure

上午去成都大熊猫繁育研究基地（7:30开门，越早越好，熊猫上午活跃）。或者去武侯祠和杜甫草堂，三国迷和文学爱好者的必去之地。下午返程。

Morning: Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Research Base (opens 7:30, earlier is better — pandas are active in the morning). Or visit Wuhou Shrine and Du Fu Thatched Cottage — must-visits for Three Kingdoms fans and literature lovers. Afternoon: depart.

实用信息 / Practical Notes

最佳季节：10月中到11月初是九寨沟最美的时候，彩林全部变色，海子颜色最丰富。夏季（7-8月）水量最大，瀑布最壮观。冬季游客极少，有冰瀑景观但部分区域封闭。

Best season: Mid-October to early November is Jiuzhaigou's peak beauty — forests turn full color and lake hues are richest. Summer (July–August) has the most water volume and most spectacular waterfalls. Winter has very few tourists and ice waterfall scenery, but some areas close.

门票：九寨沟旺季169元+观光车90元，黄龙旺季170元+索道上行80元。必须在官方微信小程序提前预约。

Tickets: Jiuzhaigou peak season ¥169 + shuttle ¥90; Huanglong peak season ¥170 + cable car up ¥80. Must book in advance via official WeChat mini-program.
