Wuhan is a city split into three chunks by the Yangtze and Han rivers, where the sesame paste aroma of hot dry noodles drifts down entire streets. Shennongjia is another world — its primeval forests may still harbor undiscovered species.

武汉是华中最大的交通枢纽，高铁四通八达，本身也有足够多的看点——黄鹤楼、东湖、武汉大学、户部巷。神农架是中国唯一以"林区"命名的行政区，拥有北纬31度唯一保存完好的亚热带森林生态系统。两个地方风格反差极大，6天刚好。

Wuhan is central China's biggest transport hub with HSR connections everywhere, and has plenty to see on its own — Yellow Crane Tower, East Lake, Wuhan University, Hubu Alley. Shennongjia is China's only administrative region named after a forest district, home to the only well-preserved subtropical forest ecosystem at 31°N latitude. The two destinations contrast sharply, and 6 days fits perfectly.

行程安排 / Day-by-Day Itinerary

第1天：抵达武汉 / Day 1: Arrive in Wuhan

武汉天河机场到市区地铁约1小时。先去户部巷吃一碗热干面——这是武汉人的早餐标配，芝麻酱拌碱面，加酸豆角和葱花，4-6元一碗。然后沿长江大桥步行过江，从武昌走到汉阳，桥上看两江交汇的景色免费且震撼。

Wuhan Tianhe Airport to downtown is about 1 hour by metro. Start at Hubu Alley for hot dry noodles — Wuhan's breakfast staple: alkaline noodles tossed in sesame paste with pickled beans and scallions, ¥4–6 a bowl. Then walk across the Yangtze River Bridge from Wuchang to Hanyang — the view of two rivers merging is free and stunning.

晚上去吉庆街或万松园路，武汉的夜宵文化全国有名——小龙虾、烧烤、藕汤，吃到凌晨很正常。

Evening: Jiqing Street or Wansong Garden Road. Wuhan's late-night food culture is nationally famous — crayfish, BBQ, lotus root soup. Eating until the early hours is perfectly normal here.

第2天：武汉市区 / Day 2: Wuhan City

上午去黄鹤楼（70元），李白写"故人西辞黄鹤楼"的地方。现在的楼是1985年重建的，但站在顶层看长江和武汉三镇全景，依然值得。旁边的蛇山可以免费爬。

Morning: Yellow Crane Tower (¥70) — where Li Bai wrote his famous farewell poem. The current tower was rebuilt in 1985, but the panoramic view of the Yangtze and Wuhan's three districts from the top is still worth it. Snake Hill next door is free to climb.

下午去东湖绿道骑行——东湖面积是西湖的6倍，绿道全长100多公里，租个共享单车骑听涛景区到磨山景区这一段（约10公里），湖光山色不输任何5A景区。

Afternoon: cycle the East Lake Greenway — East Lake is 6 times the size of West Lake. The greenway stretches over 100km; rent a shared bike for the Tingtan to Moshan section (~10km). The lake and mountain scenery rivals any 5A scenic spot.

第3天：武汉→神农架 / Day 3: Wuhan to Shennongjia

早上从武汉坐动车到宜昌东（约2小时），再从宜昌转大巴到神农架木鱼镇（约4小时，山路弯多但风景好）。也可以从武汉直飞神农架红坪机场（航班少，约1小时）。

Morning HSR from Wuhan to Yichang East (~2 hours), then bus from Yichang to Muyu Town in Shennongjia (~4 hours, winding mountain roads but great scenery). Alternatively, fly direct from Wuhan to Shennongjia Hongping Airport (few flights, ~1 hour).

木鱼镇是神农架旅游的大本营，海拔约1200米，住宿和餐饮选择丰富。晚上气温比武汉低10度以上，带件外套。

Muyu Town is Shennongjia's tourism base camp at ~1,200m elevation, with plenty of accommodation and dining. Evening temperatures are 10°C+ cooler than Wuhan — bring a jacket.

第4天：神农架核心景区 / Day 4: Shennongjia Core Scenic Area

全天游览神农顶景区（门票140元+景区车70元）。神农顶海拔3106米，是华中最高峰。沿途经过小龙潭（金丝猴保护站，运气好能看到野生金丝猴）、金猴岭原始森林、板壁岩（石林地貌，传说是野人出没的地方）。

Full day at Shennong Peak Scenic Area (ticket ¥140 + shuttle ¥70). Shennong Peak at 3,106m is central China's highest point. Along the way: Xiaolongtan (golden snub-nosed monkey station — with luck you'll spot wild ones), Jinhouling primeval forest, and Banbi Rock (stone forest formations, legendary haunt of the "Yeren" wildman).

提醒：山顶天气变化极快，即使夏天也可能突然降温下雨，冲锋衣和雨具必带。

Heads up: Weather at the summit changes rapidly. Even in summer, sudden temperature drops and rain are common. Bring a windbreaker and rain gear.

第5天：大九湖湿地 / Day 5: Dajiuhu Wetland

大九湖是神农架最美的地方之一——海拔1700米的高山湿地，9个天然湖泊串联在草甸之间。清晨有雾的时候，整个湿地像仙境。景区车从木鱼镇出发约2小时。

Dajiuhu is one of Shennongjia's most beautiful spots — a highland wetland at 1,700m with 9 natural lakes strung across meadows. On misty mornings, the entire wetland looks like a fairyland. Shuttle from Muyu Town takes ~2 hours.

建议住大九湖附近一晚（坪阡古镇有民宿），第二天早起看晨雾。下午可以去天生桥景区（瀑布和溶洞）。

Consider staying one night near Dajiuhu (Pingqian Ancient Town has guesthouses) to catch the morning mist. Afternoon: Tianshengqiao Scenic Area (waterfalls and caves).

第6天：返程 / Day 6: Return

上午从木鱼镇出发，原路返回宜昌，下午高铁回武汉或直接从宜昌飞回。如果时间充裕，宜昌的三峡大坝值得顺路看一眼（免费，需提前预约）。

Morning departure from Muyu Town, retrace to Yichang. Afternoon HSR back to Wuhan or fly out from Yichang. If time allows, the Three Gorges Dam in Yichang is worth a quick visit (free, reservation required).

实用信息 / Practical Notes

最佳季节：5-10月。夏天（7-8月）神农架是天然避暑胜地，比武汉凉快15度。秋天（10月）红叶漫山。冬天有滑雪场但部分景区封闭。

Best season: May–October. Summer (July–August) Shennongjia is a natural cool retreat, 15°C cooler than Wuhan. Autumn (October) brings hillsides of red leaves. Winter has skiing but some scenic areas close.

费用参考：神农架联票269元（含6个景区），武汉市内景点多数免费或低价。6天人均约3000-5000元（不含大交通）。

Budget: Shennongjia combo ticket ¥269 (covers 6 scenic areas). Most Wuhan attractions are free or cheap. 6-day budget ~¥3,000–5,000 per person (excluding intercity transport).

武汉天气提醒：武汉夏天极热（"四大火炉"之一），7-8月日常38度以上。如果夏天去，白天尽量安排室内或水边活动。

Wuhan weather warning: Wuhan summers are brutal (one of China's "Four Furnaces"), routinely 38°C+ in July–August. If visiting in summer, plan indoor or waterside activities during the day.
