西藏：五月为什么好 | Tibet: Why May Is Good

五月的西藏处于旅游旺季前夕——六七八月才是真正的旺季。五月的优势：游客少30%，机票便宜，天气晴朗，雪山清晰可见。

May Tibet sits just before peak tourist season — June through August is the real rush. May advantages: 30% fewer tourists, cheaper flights, clear weather, and snow peaks sharply visible.

高反应对 | Altitude Sickness:
抵达拉萨（海拔3650米）后，前两天不要剧烈运动，多喝水，不要洗热水澡（会加重高反）。高反药（红景天、高原安）提前一周开始服用。
After arriving in Lhasa (3,650m), avoid strenuous activity for the first two days, drink plenty of water, and skip hot showers (they worsen altitude sickness). Start taking altitude medication (Rhodiola, Gaoyuan'an) one week before departure.

入藏手续 | Entry Permits:
外国人进藏需要西藏旅游局批准的"入藏许可证"（Tibet Travel Permit），必须通过有资质的旅行社办理，不能自助游。中国大陆居民只需身份证。
