行程安排 / Day-by-Day Itinerary

第1天：抵达三亚 / Day 1: Arrive in Sanya

三亚凤凰机场离市区很近，落地后直奔三亚湾或海棠湾。下午去椰梦长廊——三亚湾沿海的步道，20公里长，椰子树成排，日落时分整条海岸线被染成橙红色。晚上去第一市场吃海鲜——自己在市场里挑活的海鲜，拿到旁边的加工店做，人均80-150元能吃得很好。

Sanya Phoenix Airport is close to town. Head straight to Sanya Bay or Haitang Bay. Afternoon: Coconut Dream Corridor — a 20km coastal walkway lined with coconut palms; at sunset the entire coastline turns orange-red. Evening: First Market for seafood — pick live seafood yourself, take it to a nearby cooking stall. ¥80–150 per person for a great meal.

第2天：蜈支洲岛 / Day 2: Wuzhizhou Island

从海棠湾码头坐快艇20分钟到蜈支洲岛（门票+船票136元）。这是三亚水质最好的地方，能见度常年8-15米。浮潜、潜水、海底漫步都可以在这里体验。不潜水的话，环岛电瓶车（150元）绕一圈也很值，岛的背面有未开发的礁石海岸，比正面安静得多。

Speedboat from Haitang Bay Wharf, 20 min to Wuzhizhou Island (ticket + boat ¥136). Best water clarity in Sanya — visibility 8–15m year-round. Snorkeling, scuba, and sea walking all available. If you skip diving, the island loop buggy (¥150) is still worthwhile — the far side has undeveloped rocky coast, much quieter than the front.

第3天：三亚→五指山 / Day 3: Sanya to Wuzhishan

上午去南山文化旅游区（门票108元）看108米高的南海观音像——比自由女神像还高，三面观音面朝不同方向，是三亚的标志性景观。中午出发去五指山市（约2小时车程），沿途是海南中部的热带山地风光。

Morning: Nanshan Cultural Tourism Zone (¥108) to see the 108m Nanhai Guanyin statue — taller than the Statue of Liberty, three-faced, each facing a different direction. Sanya's iconic landmark. Midday: drive to Wuzhishan City (~2 hours), passing Hainan's central tropical mountain scenery.

下午到五指山市后去水满乡——五指山脚下的黎族小镇，周围是原始热带雨林。这里的空气和三亚完全不同，凉爽、湿润，满眼绿色。

Afternoon: after reaching Wuzhishan City, head to Shuiman Township — a Li ethnic town at the foot of Wuzhishan, surrounded by primary rainforest. The air is completely different from Sanya: cool, humid, green everywhere.

第4天：五指山热带雨林 / Day 4: Wuzhishan Tropical Rainforest

上午徒步五指山热带雨林风景区（门票50元）。不需要登顶五指山主峰（那需要专业装备和向导），景区内的雨林栈道就足够震撼——板根、绞杀榕、空中花园、巨型蕨类，像走进《侏罗纪公园》。全程约3小时。

Morning: hike Wuzhishan Tropical Rainforest Scenic Area (¥50). No need to summit the main peak (that requires gear and a guide). The rainforest boardwalk is stunning enough — buttress roots, strangler figs, aerial gardens, giant ferns. Feels like walking into Jurassic Park. ~3 hours total.

下午去初保村——中国保存最完整的黎族传统村落之一，船形屋（黎族传统建筑）还有人住。村民可能会邀请你喝山兰酒（黎族用山兰稻酿的米酒），甜甜的，后劲不小。

Afternoon: Chubao Village — one of China's best-preserved Li ethnic villages, where boat-shaped houses (traditional Li architecture) are still inhabited. Villagers may invite you to try Shanlan wine (rice wine brewed from mountain rice) — sweet, with a sneaky kick.

第5天：返回三亚+返程 / Day 5: Return to Sanya & Depart

上午沿海榆中线返回三亚（约2小时），沿途经过槟榔谷黎苗文化旅游区（门票96元）——如果对黎族苗族文化感兴趣可以停留1-2小时，有织锦表演、竹竿舞体验和非遗展示。下午从三亚返程。

Morning: return to Sanya via the Haiyu Central Highway (~2 hours), passing Binglang Valley Li-Miao Cultural Tourism Zone (¥96) — stop for 1–2 hours if interested in Li and Miao culture: brocade weaving, bamboo pole dancing, and intangible heritage displays. Afternoon: depart from Sanya.

实用信息 / Practical Notes

最佳季节：11月-次年4月（避开6-10月台风季）。五指山全年适合，山区比三亚凉5-8度。

Best season: November–April (avoid typhoon season June–October). Wuzhishan is good year-round, 5–8°C cooler than Sanya.

交通：三亚到五指山没有高铁，自驾或包车最方便（约200元/天）。三亚市内公交和网约车很方便。

Transport: No HSR between Sanya and Wuzhishan; self-drive or chartered car is easiest (~¥200/day). Sanya city buses and ride-hailing work well.

费用参考：5天人均约3000-5500元（不含大交通）。三亚住宿差异极大，海棠湾五星酒店1000+/晚，三亚湾经济型300-500/晚。
