三条主流航线怎么选

推荐：第一次坐选重庆→宜昌，4天刚好不累。

Three main routes: Chongqing to Yichang downstream (4 days, most popular), Yichang to Chongqing upstream (5 days, slower pace), and the full Chongqing to Shanghai voyage (7-9 days). For first-timers, the 4-day downstream trip is ideal.

游轮公司怎么挑

长江上跑的游轮分两种——国内品牌和合资/外资品牌。

世纪游轮（Century Cruises）：性价比最高的国产品牌，船龄较新，标准间约1500-2500元/人（含餐）。阳台房推荐世纪荣耀号。

长江黄金系列（Yangtze Gold）：船体大，设施全，有游泳池和电影院。价格2000-3500元/人。

维多利亚凯珍/凯蒂（Victoria Cruises）：合资品牌，英文服务最好，船上外国游客最多。价格3000-5000元/人，适合不会中文的旅客。

总统系列（President Cruises）：中高端定位，服务质量稳定。约2500-4000元/人。

沿途精华景点

丰都鬼城（D1或D2停靠）

中国"鬼文化"主题景区，始建于东汉，里面有十八层地狱的场景还原。虽然略带旅游气息，但了解中国人对"阴间"的想象还是挺有意思的。门票已含在船票里。

瞿塘峡·白帝城

"朝辞白帝彩云间"的白帝城就在这里。瞿塘峡是三峡中最短（仅8公里）但最雄伟的一段，两侧崖壁直立如门。10元人民币背面的图案就是夔门。

巫峡·神女峰

三峡中最秀丽的一段，12座峰连绵起伏，其中神女峰最有名。清晨过巫峡时运气好能看到云雾缠绕山腰的"仙境"效果——设好5:30的闹钟。

三峡大坝

世界最大水利工程。游轮经过五级船闸时会花3-4小时慢慢升降，这个过程本身就是一种体验。大坝观景区免费参观，但需要凭身份证/护照预约。

Key stops: Fengdu Ghost City (Chinese underworld mythology), Qutang Gorge with Baidi City (the scenery on the 10 RMB banknote), Wu Gorge with Goddess Peak (set your alarm for 5:30 AM for the misty sunrise), and Three Gorges Dam — the ship spends 3-4 hours passing through five locks.

船上生活实拍

游轮上的一天大概是这样的：

• 7:00 自助早餐，中西式都有
• 8:30 上岸游览（跟船方安排的团或自由行）
• 12:00 回船午餐
• 14:00 甲板上晒太阳/看风景/船上讲座
• 18:00 晚餐（通常是桌餐，10菜1汤的中式标准）
• 20:00 晚间娱乐（歌舞表演、船长欢迎酒会等）

船上Wi-Fi基本可用但速度慢（别指望视频通话），三峡段手机信号也时有时无。建议提前下载好离线内容。

A typical day: buffet breakfast at 7 AM, shore excursion in the morning, lunch on board, afternoon on deck watching scenery, dinner at 6 PM (Chinese banquet style), and evening entertainment. Wi-Fi exists but is slow — download offline content beforehand.

订票和省钱建议

• 官方渠道：各游轮公司官网或微信小程序
• 第三方平台：携程、去哪儿有时有折扣套餐
• 淡季优惠：11-3月是淡季，价格可低至旺季的60%，但天气冷、雾大可能影响风景
• 房型选择：阳台房比内舱房贵500-1000元，但"在房间里就能看三峡"这个体验值这个差价
• 提前30天订一般能拿到较好价格

Book through cruise company websites or Ctrip for deals. Off-season (November to March) prices drop to 60% of peak but fog may obscure views. Balcony cabins cost 500-1000 RMB more than interior rooms — worth every yuan for watching the gorges from bed.

注意事项

1. 晕船：长江水面宽阔，大型游轮几乎不晃。真正有些晃的只有过船闸的时候，不用太担心
2. 重庆登船：登船码头在朝天门，Uber/滴滴导航到"朝天门码头"即可。登船时间通常是下午6-8点
3. 小费：国内游轮不强制收小费，部分合资品牌会建议每人每天50-100元
4. 岸上购物：景点里的购物店可以忽略，价格虚高。想买纪念品等到船上或回到大城市再买

Practical tips: seasickness is rarely an issue on large Yangtze ships. Board at Chongqing's Chaotianmen Pier (arrive by 6-8 PM). Tipping isn't mandatory on Chinese cruise lines. Skip shopping at shore excursion stops — prices are inflated.
