大连是中国北方最宜居的海滨城市，有日俄殖民时期留下的建筑群和全国最好的海鲜市场之一。沈阳是清朝的发源地，沈阳故宫是努尔哈赤和皇太极的皇宫。两城高铁2小时，5天一海一城刚好。

Dalian is northern China's most livable coastal city, with architectural heritage from the Japanese and Russian colonial periods and one of China's best seafood markets. Shenyang is the birthplace of the Qing Dynasty — Shenyang Imperial Palace was the court of Nurhaci and Huang Taiji. HSR between them: 2 hours. Five days, one coastal, one historical.

第1天：大连滨海 / Day 1: Dalian Coastal

下午去星海广场——亚洲最大的城市广场，面朝大海。然后沿滨海路走（或坐观光巴士）到老虎滩海洋公园方向，滨海路沿途的海岸线风光是大连最美的部分——礁石、灯塔、松林和大海。

Afternoon: Xinghai Square — Asia's largest city square, facing the sea. Then walk (or take the sightseeing bus) along Binhai Road toward Tiger Beach Ocean Park. The coastline along Binhai Road is Dalian's most beautiful stretch — reefs, lighthouses, pine forests, and ocean.

晚上去大连人民路或天津街吃海鲜——大连的海鲜以海胆、鲍鱼、海参著称。烤海胆（15-30元/个）、蒜蓉粉丝蒸扇贝、清蒸大虾，人均100-200元。

Evening: seafood on Renmin Road or Tianjin Street — Dalian is famous for sea urchin, abalone, and sea cucumber. Grilled sea urchin (¥15–30 each), garlic vermicelli steamed scallops, steamed prawns. ¥100–200/person.

第2天：大连城市 / Day 2: Dalian City

上午去俄罗斯风情街——大连被俄国和日本先后殖民过，这条街保留了俄式建筑群。然后去中山广场——周围一圈是日本殖民时期的银行和政府建筑，现在是各种金融机构，建筑风格从文艺复兴到装饰艺术都有。

Morning: Russian Street — Dalian was colonized successively by Russia and Japan; this street preserves Russian architectural clusters. Then Zhongshan Square — ringed by Japanese colonial-era bank and government buildings, now financial institutions, styles ranging from Renaissance to Art Deco.

下午去旅顺（大连市区西南约40公里）——甲午战争和日俄战争的主战场。旅顺日俄监狱旧址（门票25元）是必看的——这座监狱由沙俄建造、日本扩建，关押过中国、朝鲜、俄国的囚犯，是近代东北亚苦难历史的缩影。

Afternoon: Lüshun (Port Arthur, ~40km southwest of Dalian) — main battlefield of the First Sino-Japanese War and Russo-Japanese War. The Lüshun Japanese-Russian Prison (¥25) is a must — built by Tsarist Russia, expanded by Japan, it held Chinese, Korean, and Russian prisoners. A microcosm of modern Northeast Asian suffering.

第3天：大连→沈阳 / Day 3: Dalian to Shenyang

上午高铁到沈阳（约2小时）。下午去沈阳故宫（门票50元）——中国仅存的两座皇家宫殿之一（另一座是北京故宫）。沈阳故宫比北京的小得多，但建筑风格融合了满族、蒙古族和汉族元素，大政殿和十王亭的八角形布局是满族特有的。

Morning HSR to Shenyang (~2 hours). Afternoon: Shenyang Imperial Palace (¥50) — one of only two imperial palace complexes in China (the other is Beijing's Forbidden City). Much smaller than Beijing's, but the architecture blends Manchu, Mongolian, and Han elements. The octagonal layout of Dazheng Hall and the Ten Prince Pavilions is uniquely Manchu.

晚上去中街——中国最早的商业步行街之一（始于1625年），吃沈阳特色：老边饺子（百年老店）、李连贵熏肉大饼、马家烧麦。

Evening: Zhongjie — one of China's earliest commercial pedestrian streets (since 1625). Shenyang specialties: Laobian Dumplings (century-old restaurant), Li Liangui smoked meat pancakes, Ma Family shaomai.

第4天：沈阳深度 / Day 4: Shenyang In-Depth

上午去北陵公园（门票50元）——清太宗皇太极的陵墓，也叫昭陵。陵区在一片古松林中，规模宏大，是清代关外三陵中保存最好的。

Morning: Beiling Park (¥50) — tomb of Qing Emperor Huang Taiji (Zhaoling). Set in ancient pine forest, grand in scale, the best-preserved of the three Qing tombs outside the Great Wall.

下午去九一八历史博物馆（免费）——1931年9月18日日本关东军炸毁南满铁路柳条湖段、以此为借口侵占东北的事件发生地。博物馆建筑本身就是一个巨大的台历造型，翻到9月18日那一页。展览内容沉重但必须了解——这是理解中国近代史和中日关系的关键节点。

Afternoon: September 18th History Museum (free) — site where the Japanese Kwantung Army blew up the South Manchuria Railway at Liutiao Lake on September 18, 1931, using it as a pretext to occupy Manchuria. The museum building itself is shaped like a giant desk calendar turned to September 18. The exhibition is heavy but essential — a key node for understanding modern Chinese history and Sino-Japanese relations.

第5天：沈阳半日+返程 / Day 5: Shenyang Half Day & Departure

上午去沈阳铁西区的中国工业博物馆（免费）——沈阳曾是中国最大的重工业基地，"共和国长子"。博物馆在原铸造厂旧址上建成，巨型车间里保留着原始的工业设备，能感受到计划经济时代东北工业的规模和气势。下午返程。

Morning: China Industrial Museum in Shenyang's Tiexi District (free) — Shenyang was once China's largest heavy industry base, the "eldest son of the Republic." Built on a former foundry site, the giant workshop preserves original industrial equipment — you can feel the scale and ambition of northeast industry in the planned economy era. Afternoon: depart.

最佳季节：5-10月。大连夏天凉爽（25度左右），是北方人的避暑首选。冬天沈阳零下15-20度，大连稍暖但风大。

Best season: May–October. Dalian summers are cool (~25°C), a top heat-escape for northerners. Shenyang winters hit -15 to -20°C; Dalian is milder but windy.
