七月是中国暑假高峰，也是很多地方最美的季节。这篇文章为家庭出游规划最实用的路线。

July is peak summer vacation in China and the most beautiful season for many destinations. This guide plans the most practical routes for family trips.

路线一：青海湖-茶卡盐湖（5天）| Route 1: Qinghai Lake-Chaka Salt Lake (5 Days)

Day 1-2 — 西宁出发，环青海湖自驾。七月的油菜花田金黄一片，湖水湛蓝。住在湖边帐篷酒店看星空。

Depart from Xining, drive around Qinghai Lake. July's rapeseed flower fields are golden against the blue lake. Stay in lakeside tent hotels for stargazing.

Day 3 — 茶卡盐湖——"天空之镜"。穿鲜艳颜色的衣服拍照效果最好。下午光线拍倒影最清晰。

Chaka Salt Lake — "Mirror of the Sky." Wear bright-colored clothes for best photos. Afternoon light gives the clearest reflections.

Day 4-5 — 祁连大草原+卓尔山。草原上牦牛成群，卓尔山的丹霞地貌壮观。七月气温15-25°C，非常舒适。

Qilian Grassland + Zhuo'er Mountain. Herds of yaks on the grassland; Zhuo'er's Danxia landforms are spectacular. July temperatures of 15-25°C are very comfortable.

路线二：贵州避暑（6天）| Route 2: Guizhou Cool Escape (6 Days)

Day 1-2 — 贵阳→黄果树瀑布。七月水量最大，主瀑布宽101米、高77米，亚洲最大。可以走到瀑布背后的水帘洞。

Guiyang → Huangguoshu Waterfall. July has the highest water volume — the main fall is 101m wide and 77m tall, Asia's largest. You can walk behind the waterfall into the Water Curtain Cave.

Day 3-4 — 荔波小七孔。绿得不像话的喀斯特水景——翠绿瀑布群+石灰岩溶洞+原始森林。全程可以玩水。

Libo Small Seven Holes. Surreally green karst water scenery — emerald waterfall clusters + limestone caves + primeval forest. Water activities throughout.

Day 5-6 — 西江千户苗寨。中国最大的苗族聚居村寨，依山而建。晚上万家灯火的夜景震撼人心。看苗族歌舞表演、尝酸汤鱼。

Xijiang Thousand-Household Miao Village. China's largest Miao settlement, built along mountainsides. The nightscape of ten thousand lights is breathtaking. Watch Miao song-and-dance performances and try sour soup fish.

小贴士 | Tips: 七月出行要防晒防暑，随身带水和防晒霜。青海早晚温差大（可到5°C），带一件薄羽绒服。贵州多雨，雨衣比雨伞好用。 July travel needs sun and heat protection — carry water and sunscreen. Qinghai has big temperature swings (down to 5°C at night) — bring a light down jacket. Guizhou rains often — rain ponchos beat umbrellas.
