广州的迎春花市是全国最大的，在春节前三天开放。整条街变成花的海洋——桃花、水仙、金桔、年花，香气扑鼻。本地人来买花带回家，外地人来感受气氛。

Guangzhou's Spring Festival flower market is the largest in China, opening three days before New Year's Eve. Entire streets become a sea of flowers — peach blossoms, narcissus, kumquats, and New Year plants. Locals come to buy flowers for home; visitors come for the atmosphere.

The Chaoshan region (Shantou, Chaozhou, Jieyang) preserves China's most complete Spring Festival folk traditions. Yingge dance (a battle dance), deity processions, and fireworks displays — traditions that have vanished from big cities are still alive here.

春节期间，大理、丽江的游客反而比平时少——因为很多云南本地人回老家过年，商家也关门。但这正是好时机：古城安静，民宿价格不涨，还能看到本地人过年的真实状态。

During Spring Festival, Dali and Lijiang actually have fewer tourists than usual — many Yunnan locals return to their hometowns, and shops close. But this is exactly the opportunity: quiet ancient towns, no price hikes at guesthouses, and a glimpse of how locals actually celebrate.

广西：花开正好 | Guangxi: Flowers in Full Bloom

二月的广西，油菜花和桃花已经开了。阳朔的遇龙河两岸，油菜花黄、桃花粉、喀斯特山峰青——三种颜色叠在一起，是中国最美的春日画面之一。

February Guangxi: rapeseed flowers and peach blossoms are already blooming. Along the Yulong River in Yangshuo, yellow rapeseed, pink peach blossoms, and green karst peaks layer together — one of China's most beautiful early spring scenes.

遇龙河竹筏漂流 | Yulong River Bamboo Raft:
两人一筏，撑竿老人把你从花海中间慢慢撑过去。约200元/人，1.5小时。二月水位低，更安静。
Two people per raft, a pole-man slowly pushes you through the sea of flowers. ~¥200/person, 1.5 hours. February's low water level makes it even more peaceful.

春节前后一周是全年最难买票的时候。高铁票提前15天开售，抢票软件（如铁路12306官方APP）要提前设置候补。
The week around Spring Festival is the hardest time to buy tickets all year. Bullet train tickets go on sale 15 days ahead — set up waitlist alerts on the official 12306 app.
