绿色交通 / Green Transport

高铁是中国最环保的远距离交通方式，人均碳排放仅为飞机的1/6。城市内优先选择地铁和公交，覆盖广且票价低（¥2–10）。共享单车（美团单车、哈啰单车）扫码即骑，¥1.5/30分钟，适合3公里内短途。

HSR is China's greenest long-distance transport — per-capita carbon emissions are just 1/6 of flying. In cities, prioritize metro and bus, which are extensive and cheap (¥2–10). Shared bikes (Meituan Bike, Hellobike) are scan-to-ride at ¥1.5/30min, ideal for trips under 3km.

减少塑料 / Reducing Plastic

中国2021年起禁止超薄塑料袋和一次性塑料吸管。超市购物袋需付费（¥0.3–1），自带购物袋更环保。星巴克等连锁咖啡店自带杯减¥4。矿泉水瓶回收率高，但自带水壶在酒店和高铁上灌热水更环保。

China banned ultra-thin plastic bags and single-use straws in 2021. Grocery bags cost ¥0.3–1 — bring your own. Chain coffee shops like Starbucks give ¥4 off for bringing your own cup. Plastic bottle recycling rates are high, but a reusable bottle filled at hotel or HSR hot water stations is greener.

• 景区内遵守步道标识，不踩踏植被
• 不购买野生动物制品（象牙、虎骨制品已全面禁售）
• 在古迹上刻字是违法行为，罚款¥200–10,000
• 选择当地民宿而非大型连锁，消费直接惠及社区

• 与少数民族互动时尊重当地习俗，拍照前征求同意

• Follow marked trails at scenic areas, don't trample vegetation

• Don't buy wildlife products (ivory and tiger bone products are fully banned)
• Defacing monuments is illegal — fines ¥200–10,000
• Choose local B&Bs over big chains — your spending directly benefits the community
• Respect local customs when interacting with ethnic minorities; ask before photographing
