大多数"中国旅行攻略"都在告诉你带什么插头、下什么App、怎么过防火长城。

这些都对。但它们不是让你第一次中国之行真正顺畅的关键。

Most "China travel guides" tell you what adapter to bring, which apps to download, how to get around the Great Firewall.

All correct. But none of that is what actually makes or breaks a first trip to China.

你以为最难的，其实不难

语言。每个第一次去中国的人都怕语言不通。实际上，2026年的中国，翻译工具已经强大到让语言障碍几乎消失。

微信翻译、Google Translate离线包、截图翻译——你在餐厅指着菜单拍一张，三秒钟就知道那是什么。高铁站、地铁站都有英文标识。大城市的年轻服务员很多会说基础英语。

真正的语言问题只在一个场景出现：你想跟出租车司机聊天。那就别聊，用滴滴打车，目的地直接输入，司机看屏幕开车，完全不需要开口。

Language. Everyone worries about not speaking Chinese. In practice, translation tools in 2026 have made the language barrier nearly irrelevant.

WeChat Translate, Google Translate offline packs, screenshot translation — point your phone at a menu, and you know what you're ordering in three seconds. High-speed rail stations and metro systems have English signage. Young service staff in major cities often speak basic English.

The only scenario where language genuinely trips people up: trying to have a conversation with a taxi driver. Solution: don't take taxis. Use Didi (China's Uber), type your destination, the driver reads the screen, nobody needs to speak.

你以为没问题的，才是真正的坑

支付。这才是第一次来中国的外国人最容易卡住的地方，而且大多数攻略轻描淡写地说"下个支付宝就好了"。

现实是：支付宝和微信支付已经覆盖了中国99%的消费场景。便利店、路边摊、菜市场、出租车、景区门票——全是扫码。现金越来越难用，很多小店甚至不收现金。

好消息是：支付宝现在支持绑定外国信用卡（Visa/Mastercard），出发前在国内就能设置好。这一步不要等到落地再做，机场WiFi不稳定，而且你落地后有一百件事要处理。

Payments. This is where first-time foreign visitors actually get stuck — and most guides gloss over it with "just download Alipay."

Reality: Alipay and WeChat Pay cover 99% of transactions in China. Convenience stores, street food stalls, wet markets, taxis, tourist attractions — all QR code payments. Cash is increasingly useless; many small shops don't accept it at all.

The good news: Alipay now supports foreign credit cards (Visa/Mastercard). Set it up before you leave home. Don't wait until you land — airport WiFi is unreliable, and you'll have a hundred other things to deal with on arrival day.

手机比护照更重要（某种程度上）

不是开玩笑。你的手机是你在中国的：

• 地图（高德地图，比Google Maps在中国准确得多）
• 打车工具（滴滴）
• 支付工具（支付宝）
• 翻译工具
• 订票工具（Trip.com买高铁票）
• 酒店钥匙（很多酒店用手机开门）

手机没电=你在中国寸步难行。随身带充电宝，这不是建议，是必须。中国的共享充电宝（街边租借）也很发达，但你得先有电才能扫码租。

Not joking. Your phone is your map, taxi, wallet, translator, ticket booth, and hotel key all in one.

• Maps: Amap (高德地图) — far more accurate in China than Google Maps
• Rides: Didi
• Payments: Alipay
• Translation: Google Translate offline
• Train tickets: Trip.com
• Hotel access: many hotels use phone-based room keys

Dead phone = stranded. Carry a power bank. This isn't a suggestion. China has a robust shared power bank rental system (scan to rent at any convenience store), but you need battery to scan.

关于VPN，说实话

你需要VPN来用Google、Instagram、WhatsApp、YouTube。这是事实。

但有几件事攻略不会告诉你：

1. 在中国境内下载VPN很难。App Store在中国区没有主流VPN。出发前在国内下载好，测试能用再走。
2. VPN不是100%稳定的。敏感时期（重大节日、政治会议期间）会更不稳定。
3. 你其实不一定需要Google。百度地图、高德地图比Google Maps在中国好用。微信可以替代WhatsApp联系当地人。Trip.com可以替代Booking。

换句话说：VPN是备用工具，不是主力工具。真正在中国好用的App，都是中国本土的。

You need a VPN for Google, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube. That's just true.

But here's what guides don't tell you:

1. Downloading a VPN inside China is hard. The App Store in China's region doesn't carry major VPN apps. Download and test yours before you leave home.
2. VPNs aren't 100% reliable. They get more unstable during sensitive periods — major holidays, political meetings.
3. You might not need Google as much as you think. Amap beats Google Maps for China navigation. WeChat works for messaging locals. Trip.com replaces Booking.com.

The point: treat your VPN as a backup, not your primary tool. The apps that actually work well in China are Chinese apps.

高铁是这个国家最被低估的体验

第一次坐中国高铁的外国人，几乎没有不震惊的。

北京到上海，1318公里，4小时18分钟，准点率超过95%。票价比机票便宜，不用提前两小时到站，座位比飞机宽，可以走动，可以买热食，窗外是中国的平原、山地、城市轮廓。

订票用Trip.com（英文界面，支持外国信用卡）。提前3-7天买，热门线路会售罄。

Almost every foreign visitor who takes a Chinese high-speed train for the first time is stunned.

Beijing to Shanghai: 1,318 km, 4 hours 18 minutes, on-time rate above 95%. Cheaper than flying, no need to arrive two hours early, wider seats than a plane, you can walk around, buy hot food, and watch China's plains, mountains, and city skylines pass outside the window.

Book on Trip.com (English interface, accepts foreign cards). Buy 3–7 days ahead — popular routes sell out.

三件你不需要担心的事

安全。中国对游客来说非常安全。街头犯罪率极低，扒手问题远比欧洲热门旅游城市少。深夜独自走在大城市的街头，不会有人骚扰你。

食物卫生。路边摊不等于不卫生。中国的食品安全监管在过去十年大幅提升。看人气——排队的摊子通常是安全的。

被骗。会有人向你推销东西，会有人带你去"朋友的茶馆"。这些都是可以识别和避开的。基本原则：陌生人主动搭话带你去某个地方，礼貌拒绝。

Safety. China is very safe for tourists. Street crime rates are extremely low — pickpocketing is far less common than in popular European tourist cities. Walking alone at night in major cities, nobody will bother you.

Food hygiene. Street food doesn't mean unsafe food. Food safety regulation in China has improved dramatically over the past decade. Use the crowd test — busy stalls with lines are generally safe.

Scams. People will try to sell you things. Someone might invite you to a "friend's tea house." These are recognizable and avoidable. Basic rule: if a stranger proactively approaches you and wants to take you somewhere, politely decline.

最后一件事

中国比你想象的更容易旅行，也比你想象的更复杂。

容易，是因为基础设施太好了——交通、住宿、支付、导航，每一样都比大多数国家更发达。

复杂，是因为它不是一个可以用"亚洲旅行经验"套用的地方。日本的经验在这里不适用，泰国的经验也不适用。中国有自己的逻辑，你需要用中国的工具、中国的方式来旅行。

准备好这些，剩下的交给好奇心。

China is easier to travel than you expect, and more complex than you expect.

Easier, because the infrastructure is exceptional — transport, accommodation, payments, navigation, all more developed than most countries.

More complex, because it doesn't map onto any other travel experience you've had. Japan experience doesn't transfer here. Thailand experience doesn't either. China has its own logic, and you need to use Chinese tools and Chinese methods to navigate it.

Get the basics right. Then let curiosity take over.
