医院分级 / Hospital Tiers

中国公立医院分三个等级，三甲最高。外国游客建议优先选择：国际医院（和睦家、百汇等，英语服务，费用最高）或三甲医院国际部（北京协和、上海华山等，部分英语服务，费用适中）。普通公立医院费用最低但语言障碍大。

Chinese public hospitals are rated in three tiers; 3A is the highest. Foreign visitors should prioritize: International hospitals (United Family, Parkway, etc. — English service, highest cost) or 3A hospital international departments (Peking Union, Shanghai Huashan — some English service, moderate cost). Regular public hospitals are cheapest but present significant language barriers.

挂号看病流程 / Seeing a Doctor

1. 挂号（到场取号或微信小程序预约），普通号¥50–100，专家号¥100–500
2. 候诊（排号等候，国际部等候时间较短）
3. 就诊（医生问诊、检查）
4. 缴费做检查（验血、CT等单独缴费）

5. 取报告→回诊→开药→药房取药

6. Register (on-site or via WeChat mini-program); regular ¥50–100, specialist ¥100–500

7. Wait your turn (international departments have shorter waits)
8. Consultation (doctor examines you)
9. Pay for tests (blood work, CT, etc. are billed separately)
10. Collect results → follow-up → prescription → pharmacy pickup

药房买药 / Pharmacies

大参林、益丰、老百姓等连锁药房遍布城市。常用药无需处方，感冒药、止痛药、肠胃药可直接购买。抗生素和部分精神类药物需处方。药品说明书为中文，建议用百度翻译拍照识别。

Chain pharmacies like Dashenlin, Yifeng, and Laobaixing are everywhere. Common medications don't require a prescription — cold medicine, painkillers, and stomach medicine are available over the counter. Antibiotics and some psychiatric medications need prescriptions. Instructions are in Chinese — use Baidu Translate's photo feature.

紧急就医 / Emergencies

拨打120急救电话，救护车会送往最近有急诊的医院。急诊不需要预约或挂号，先救治后付费。三甲医院急诊24小时运营。费用：急诊挂号¥100–200，住院押金通常¥5,000–10,000。
